Took about 5 days for my app! From ON to NS - Ridiculous!
Don't use DHL. They take 3 to 5 days from ONT to CIC and killing us.
They don't ve proper facility in NS. That too they deliver 2pm only.

Use UPS or Fedex. UPS did some achievements.

Well it is time consuming because of customs update only. Once they get it clear from customs, they deliver as fast they can, I believe!
No no i think you are getting it wrong here. Customs clearance is done before entering into Ontario sorting facility not after it departs from there. But izverg is scaring me if it takes 5 days. Lets see how it goes!

So, looks like you have 4 lacs equity in your property ( market value of property - outstanding mortgage ) : This is good, because no outstanding debt!
My advice is to attach a market valuation document (showing 24 lacs) and outstanding mortgage balance (20 lacs) to the application. Which proves that the your liability is lower than the assets value.

Now, show CSD 15,000 on top of that. These are liquid funds, which is good and these funds are on the top of 4 lacs asset you have acquired in your property.

I believe you are good to go!
Thanks alot! a great relief!!!! +1

In my opinion,
If your NOC is not one of the HOT ones, get it corrected
If it is a HOT NOC , just provide as much support about your salary as possible like pay stubs (Last 3; translated with translation formalities, atleast 1 yr Salary Account Stmnt and highlight/mark your Salary transactions (provide seperate copy, not the Settlement fund copy), Initial contract which mentions ur salary, Tax Certificate filed by the employer on ur behalf not the tax return filled by youself) and any other proof of ur salary, while mentioning that company usually doesn't write salary on experience letters.

Hi Seniors,

Just need additional clarification on Employment details. I am in my 4th JOB. I have official letters with job roles and responsibilities from employer 2 and 3. I do not have a letter from Employer 1 and I do not want to approach my current employer for these details. The experience for both Empl 2 & 3 is around 2.3 years each. Now there are the following forms on which we need to enter employment details. If we are not claiming experience for which we do not have experience letters(in my case 1 & 4) do we still mention these details on the below forms

1) IMM5669E_ScheduleA–BackgroundDeclaration -- Point 8 -personal history
2) imm0008_3e_Schedule3EconomicClasses -- point12(a and b)

I am assuming yes, but please correct me If i am wrong.

@hinaimran

UPS tracking will tell you were it is, call them to expedite......... talk to their senior Mgr and tell him that you will ruin their repute on social media as it is time sensitive document. But anyways don't worry the chances for any of the NOC to be filled over next week is low (based on apps already sent [less than 10% for any NOC] and last yr trend of availability of data on this forum [Max 35%], which means that each NOC is no more than half filled.

Btw, which NOC you have applied, if i may know?

I don't know how long they take from Pakistan, but they take 1 day after it reaches ONTARIO and 2 days from Germany to Ontario. Hope it gives you better idea of remaining transit time.

Best of Luck.

I opted for UPS World Express service too on 5/5/2014 and its still in TRANSIT :( I did it from Karachi Pakistan....

Which NOC are you applying to?

If your NOC is related to finance, then of course you should get that evaluated. If not, then no worries. For Canadian equivalency of Master's you are already getting 23 points. If you include your Finance as well, I don't think you will get any extra points.

What is the your major in Masters?

Guys help...posted 2nd time

Seniors/ashif

In my wes I have included my masters so no problem here, but I have another another professional degree in finance for which i couldn't get transcripts.

So pls tell me:
1) whether should i include that degree in my file or not?
2) if i send this qualification will my app be considered incomplete or ineligible?

I don't want to leave this degree as it is highest qualification i got.

Courier Service, My conclusion based on my exp and recent updates.
1) UPS - Did some achievements & some strongly recommended
2) Fedex - Always standard, ever green, its in top Fortune company list
3) DHL - Don't use it for NS or CIC purpose.

Hi Seniors

Second Query!!

I have completed my Engineering from Mumbai university(India) and then my Masters in management studies(Mumbai Univ, India). My mark sheets were attested and sealed by the Registrars office(Mumbai univ student welfare unit). However, my concern is, although all my bachelor exams were conducted by the University, the mark sheets for year 1 and year 4 were issued by the university and mark sheets for year 2 and year 3 were issued by the college on behalf of the university. Will that be a problem with WES, because their site mentions that they accept mark sheets issued by university and not college. Same with MMS( year 1 college, year 2 University)

I have my fingers crossed for the WES evaluation. Just wanted to know if there is anyone in this forum who has completed his/her B.E from Mumbai univ and has received a successful evaluation report from WES

Many thanks for your responses. This is my biggest show stopper. Beyond this I am all set to apply

I'm not sure but if your university can verify your marksheets that will be great. Though can't be sure 100%.

According to the checklist, any experience in the past 10 years need to be mentioned. But, you will only get points for the ones you have all the required letters/documents. One more reason why you need to mention is because in one of the forms you need to list out everything you did, every place you stayed in the past 10 years. So, if you skip information by not mentioning some of the experience then there will be a discrepancy.

Doesn't hurt to mention anyway.

HTH!

Re: Additional Family Information Form.

Pipis Husband said:
Actually, that's not accurate. On the form, near the top, there are two check boxes. One check box for the primary applicant to tick before filling the form. The other check box for the spouse is to be ticked on another copy of the form before the spouse fills it.

The primary applicant remains the primary applicant on both forms, the spouse remains the spouse on both forms as well. The forms are differentiated by which check box you tick.

Cheers.
I don't think this is right. But then I am not a experienced person on this.

The Schedule A form has "Principal Application" and "Spouse" option. And details will change for this form for me and my wife right? I will write my name and my parents details while she will write her name and her parents?

The Additional Family Information form is not similar? It too has to be filled out be me and my wife separately. So the "applicant" will continue to be me on both versions? How about mother/father/brothers/sisters part on her form?

Hi. I was a Mumbai Uni student and my WES edu verification is done. U need to get all your marksheets + certificate + convocation attested from Registrar (From Engg Sem 1 to Sem 8 & MMS Sem1 to Sem 4). Your ECA should be sorted. All the best !!
