I forgot to save the URL for the spreadsheet, so added new entry into the spreadsheet to include the application receipt date.

Please remove my old entry. But caution enough to save the URL this time.

Thanks for the Admins.

You will be rejected outright for negetive settlement fund. You can add anything to your assets but for settlement fund it will be only liquid assets only.

Assets: 130000
Liability:100000
Settlement Fund:30000

Ofcourse. Assets can be your house property value too for which you have taken loan. Go with this. Apart from this, add other details like PF + gratuity + shares etc in assets. But in settlement funds only mention the amount that you have readily available with you i.e. in bank account or as fd.

Thanks for the prompt reply CENTURY.

1) So, salary missing from the Reference Letters is OK? All the other things were there. I thought because salary was not mentioned, so I should have send the appointment letters because they have my salary mentioned and it could have worked as the supporting document.

2) I know I should have not send the old PCC's. I realized it after sending the courier. Are you sure the VO will ask for the fresh/new PCC's?

Guys, My first job experience letter is like from 2nd July to 30th June (following year), it comes around 364 days. Would it be a problem since it doesn't exactly span whole year (365 days)? Will CIC still accept & count it as full year?

For my second job (about 2 & half years)), I have been working for about 30-35 hours a week for a US company, can I count those years towards my total work experience?

You claim as 1 year is it includes 12 month. Don't think it will be problem. Schedule 3 work tenure is Year-Month format.

Part time job will be counted.

Thanks. But didn't quite understand this part "Schedule 3 work tenure is Year-Month format." You mean for my 2nd job I should split the work experience per year?

Another question though, between my end of 1st job & start of 2nd job, there's about 1 month gap. I'm hoping it won't be any problem?

Number of Appl received by dates are entered here
May 1 2 5 6 7 8
8 8 18 19 60 23
Considering forum has 1/3rd of applicants around world (last year forum tells forum has 25 to 33% applicant)
24 24 54 57 180 69 Total Min. 408 till 8th.

Chances r there to get PER from mid/end of Jun. I think

hmm, why don't we account that last year ECA and new process was introduced, so fewer applications were received in first 2 weeks. This time mostly people who got their applications returned due to cap reached last year were ready with the applications. As per spreadsheet of 2013 550+ applications are there alone for 2174. Even if you imagine 10% drop out of remaining 250+ we would have recieved 200+ applications from last year and plus new 200+ applications in frist week itself.

Very tricky situation, as far as i know they will evaluate jobs which are continous for atleast 1 year. I hope you have applied under NOC for which you have worked more than 1 year.ie. your second job.

As of now discard the experience of the companies where you have worked less than a year.

one of my friend lived in UK for 4 years. he left UK in 2009. now he live in his home country. do he need to submit police clearance?

Yes... UK PCC required..... for any abroad lived more than 6 months. Though, to save time, u can send your app without PCC for now and ita will be asked in later stage.

things to know:

my certificates are verified by university. should i notarized that too or it is ok with the verification from respective university to send for CIC.

in my experience letter, only my characters and othe like salary time peroid are mentioned. All the job responsibilities are mention in appointment letter. will that be accepted?

Earlier my passport was handwritten. in my ielts too the passport numbet is of handwritten passport. but now i have mrp passport with new number. though the old passport number is also mention in back page of my mrp passport. what should i do for that?

But the problem is I need atleast 3 year work experience to get to the total of 67. ;D So, can't really discard it.

Is there any way to confirm this thing with CIC?

EDIT: It seems I'll be in 2-3 years point slab, so I guess even my 2+ years experience from 2nd job will be sufficient. But I suppose I'll submit both my work experience letters anyway.
