Yes, you need to fill the Representative Form apart from filling Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual. I suggest read throughly at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5561E.asp

Hi Seniors, a little help please.

We have sufficient amount of fund to show in the bank certificate, however listing the property mortgage would cut down the total amount.
We would like to know listing a property mortgage on the liability whether might cause a concern or not.
For example
Assets : 30,000 CAD
Liability : 100,000 CAD(home loan)
Settlement fund : -70,000
:-X :-X :-X

As previous discussions in the forum, the house itself can't be shown as an asset value.
Do we have to prepare a letter explain about this house will not affect our settlement of fund?
Could someone advice please?

You will be rejected outright for negetive settlement fund. You can add anything to your assets but for settlement fund it will be only liquid assets only.

Assets: 130000
Liability:100000
Settlement Fund:30000
 
I have applied for 2174 occupation and my application reached on 5 May 2014. I have worked in total 4 companies (including the current one) and have total 10 years of experience out of which 9 years are from past 3 employers.

All my reference letters are on Company Letterhead, have my roles and responsibilities, designation and tenure mentioned and also says I am a full time employee and have worked 40 hours per week. The only thing that was missing was my salary in the Reference Letter.

For the current company in which I am working since April 2013, I have send the Reference Letter as well Appointment Letter (Salary Mentioned). But for my past employers, I have send only Reference Letters and forgot to send the Appointment Letter/Salary Slips.

I just want to know, if my application will be accepted/ok. Thanks.

Also, I sent the PCC's dated April and May 2013. I hope I will be told to provide fresh/new PCC's.

one of my friend lived in UK for 4 years. he left UK in 2009. now he live in his home country. do he need to submit police clearance?

Verified, printed, and write NA. Yes it works - many successful candidate of last FSW2013 confirmed it.

Yes, he has to submit police clearance. It can also be send later when VO asked for.
 
Guys, My first job experience letter is like from 2nd July to 30th June (following year), it comes around 364 days. Would it be a problem since it doesn't exactly span whole year (365 days)? Will CIC still accept & count it as full year?

For my second job (about 2 & half years)), I have been working for about 30-35 hours a week for a US company, can I count those years towards my total work experience?

I don't think Form 16 is required. I just attached my salary slips and that too, not last 6 months for one of the job experiences.
But attached all salary slips for other job experience.

Never heard anybody rejected for not supplying pay slips or appoint letters.

You should not send 1 year old PCC. VO will definitely asked for current PCC.
