At what address do we send our application

Hey everyone,
I've gathered all opinions about row and column order in the spreadsheet (I hope I didn't miss anyone).
Here they are.

Rows:
obryan20, leave as is.
Achiever 99, same as FSW13, which, if I understood correctly, means leave as is, but also sort by Time Received in groups of apps with the same Application Status, NOC and Received Date.
june17th2174, if I understood correctly, the proposed order is very similar to FSW13 as well.
binuky, sort by Received Date and then by Received time.

It looks like we have a majority of people, who prefer the following sorting order: App Status, then NOC, then App.Received Date, then App.Received Time (it's how it's done in FSW13 as well).
I've implemented that missing part - sorting by Received Time when App.Status, NOC and Received Date are the same - so you can check it in the spreadsheet now.

For all those in a minority, there are sorting filter views, which allow to set different sorting order: Data->Filter Views :)
binuky, there's a "Sort by application received date and time" filter which does exactly what you've been asking for.
If someone has additional suggestions for filter views that might be useful for other people as well, please make a request here in the forums and I'll try to configure it. Just please keep in mind that amount of filter views is limited by the screen size, as the list does not scroll, which is a Google Spreadsheets bug.

Columns:
balars4, chronological order.
gs123, chronological order.
Wash an, chronological order.
obryan20, leave as is OR move Sent Date to the right of Days Since App Received; leave Receiving time as is OR move to the right of "Application Received".
Achiever 99, same as FSW13, which means leave as is, but freeze the following columns: Name, NOC, VO, App.Received, Days Since App Filed.

With columns it's a bit more difficult. I've honestly tried to put the columns in a chronological order, but it doesn't look good when you can't always see Application Received date and Days Since App.Received, so I've decided to settle down on the FSW13 order and to freeze the most important columns, so that they're always visible.
Please check the spreadsheet. It's really difficult to suit everyone, but I hope the FSW13 solution is proven enough to be used.

I've also added Days in Transit column, it was requested and it looks like it's helpful for some people :)

U will get 22 point...
If u have the masters on specifically on these fields of study: Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Podiatry, Optometry, Law, Chiropractic Medicine, or Pharmacy then u would get 23.. :) :)

Hi ashif_eee I am bit confused at your comments related to education points. I am claiming 23 points for Master's In Management (1 Yr UK degree fully verified by WES). Am I making mistake ????????? I checked different websites and they are saying that a person can claim 23 points having master's degree.

23 points for Candian Equivalent Masters degree

So it all depends on ur ECA evaluation

CIC gives this example

If Pierre completed a two-year post-secondary program and a Bachelor’s degree outside of Canada, and his ECA report indicates that the two-year program is equivalent to a completed two-year Canadian post-secondary educational credential, but the Bachelor’s degree is not equivalent to a completed Canadian educational credential…
Then he would submit proof of the completed foreign educational credential and the original ECA report indicating that the two-year post-secondary program is equivalent to a completed Canadian educational credential. He would be awarded education points only for the two-year post-secondary program. No points would be awarded for the Bachelor’s degree because it was found not to be equivalent to a completed Canadian educational credential.

Would admin remove my duplicated record (the one without application receiving information) from the spreadsheet please?.

Thanks

Just went through the spread sheet, Admin good job, its very detailed and informative.

Any idea, this spread sheet represents how much of total applicants

If we assume, 10% or more than none of the NOC has reached the cap, yet.

But if its less than 10% than 2174 and 1112 might have been filled. Other may still be open.

Btw regarding color coding, i got light brown and green, but what WHITE ones represent?

Hi shah2014,
you can check the FSW 2013 statistics for the closest estimates we currently have:

White means the application is not even in transit yet, it has not been sent yet.

By the way, there are so many applications without any date specified at all.. I'm not sure if we should allow entering empty Application Sent date in the form. I thought about making it a required field, but for now I'm not sure, I wanted to get feedback from everyone first. If anyone has any strong preferences about that, feel free to tell.
