I have registered for my assessment of higher level education and now I have received an email from WES saying that secondary education document is not acceptable while higher education is acceptable. Although I sent them my secondary education photocopies for information purpose only but I did not request WES for the assessment of secondary education document at the first place. What should be the way forward?

Best way is to contact them and let them know for which you want to have assessment.

Checklist also states that - Submit photocopys of Current or expired entry /exit stamps .

It is little confusing . If we submit all the pages of passport for family it will come more than 100 pages for passport itself in my case .

Jdn - Can you please share the link where it mentions about the photocopys of expired entry /exit stamps . i don't find it mentioned any where.

write them a long and strong email that these are additional documents.It does not have to do wid ur application.

It looks like most of us are facing challenges with our courier services. Irrespective of UPS, DHL, FedEx etc..

Mine is DHL, and as most of us, it is way too slow than expected.... Departed Ontario facility last day but did not reach to NS yet... in one day it would have crossed oceans but not few provinces... ??? ???

My brother courier HEC envelope to me and I send it to WES from Bahrain through DHL.
