Hi,

At my previous company's work experience letter responsiblities are written together though i had two designation but responsibilities were almost same. Will it be accepted ? Also there is no salary mentioned in letter. Is that acceptable? Pls advice

Salary should be mentioned in letter- Which is a major factor of the letter

Dear ashif_eee,

I am just curious to know, why is it taking so long in your case to receive the visa ?

I prayed and REPed.

ICAS take minimum 5-6 weeks after receipt of all docs (in January, might have increased now). Usually 1 week is spent in checking completion of docs, then 1 week in queue for assessment, 2-3 weeks in assessment, couple of days in editing of the report. They are too slow, if your NOC is one of the HOT ones try using WES for quick response.

I had a bad experience with WES last year because of which my file got rejected in FSW 2013

they said my degree is equivalent to 3 years post secondary education from a non- recognized institute

i have applied for ECA of my Bachelors degree in computer application from a registered private university(integral university) in india

This year i have got my MCA master of computer application degree(punjab technical university) too so applied for ECA again but not from WES
but from ICAS

Dear All , Seniors , Please respond .

With reference to Proof of Fund , I am only having Salary transfer account with SCB . Please clarify the below doubts .

1, Should i request for a bank statement specifying the total transaction for 6 months ? or

2, Should i Request for Bank balance Statement ?

3, Is it possible to get the statement in terms of Canadian Dollars or I only need to convert the amount specified in Dirhams to Canadian Dollars as per the present exchange rate and specify in the box.

4, The amount specified in the Bank statement made can be specified as ASSETS or Settlement Funds

5, If I am having saving in the form of certificates and Bonds can i also submit the computer print out as evidence of the details and specify it in ASSET box .

Please give your comments ..

Rgds,
Jdn

You can use bank issued letters (on Banks' letterhead) stating your name, address, account number and amount held and that it's liquid.

I used those letters as well as printed out statement from my PC and got them stamped at the bank. With the stamp they became official. I had them in the local currency; not in Dollars.
You can use Savings account funds, FD, RD and other sources of funds which can be easily withdrawn and used for settlement.

If your savings and bonds are en-cashable at any time and you can use them, then they become part of your PoF. You can have statements/letters in your local currency but when you fill up the form, you convert the total PoF into dollars and insert in the form.
