I am new to this forum.

Want to apply for FSW 2014, NOC code : 2171
Completed my Btech in Electronics and Communication Engg in 2007 (2003-07)
Have 6+ years of work experience matching the NOC code : 2171
Registered for IELTS for May 17th

Was trying to apply for ECA for my degree through WES. I am bit confused regarding the documents needed.

A.
I already got my official transcripts for some other purpose from Punjab Technical University in a sealed envelope. I have (2) copies of sealed official transcripts. Do I still need to request again using " International_Transcript_Request" FORM, from the University. OR I can send the existing sealed transcripts to WES

B.
The Degree Certificate which I need to submit to WES. Does that also required to be sealed by University Registrar OR just a copy of Degree Certificate would be fine.

here u go, I guess ur confusion will be removed:

Educational Credential Assessment by WES :

Here is the procedure for ECA by WES:

a. First apply thru WES's website and do the payment and take the ref no. (will emailed also) 180 CAD now (7 days assessment)...

Now for Bangladesh (process is almost same for other country):

b. Then fill up the International_Transcript_Request.pdf and put the ref no there.

c. need to take a printed version of International_Transcript_Request.pdf to the university controller office and request him to fill the remaing portion of the International_Transcript_Request.pdf and make true copy of the transcript + cert. he will easily understand coz they have to do such things frequently to recommend students to foreign education. Only one copy --(WES form +Cert+transcript).

d.Finally he gonna give u a sealed envelop that contains attested copy of transcript + cert + International_Transcript_Request.pdf


e. Courier the sealed envelope via fedex by urself to WES address:

If my credit card gets rejected, will I get out of the "race". I mean, I would be sent back to the end of the line, if I resubmit my application?

Will my failed attempt be counted as one of the 1,000 applications cap?

As per CIC rules, If your credit card gets rejected, your application will sent back to you! And your attempt will not be counted in 1000!

If your occupation is hot then Yes chances are more that you may be out of the Race. Your failed attempt will not counted as one of the CAP applications.

As per CIC rules, If your credit card gets rejected, your application will sent back to you! And your attempt will not be counted in 1000!

1) Nothing specified, but preferably Black one.
2) You need to attach all documents after forms, go through checklist.

You can get it asses from WES free evaluation.

1) You can use any pen to sign the forms and no instructions given by CIC.
2)Refer the Document Checklist [IMM 5612] form by clicking on the web link below which will guide you the document order.

actually my friend is applying for the immigration and his university is not on the WES list....

WES takes only 7 days after all your docs received.
