My application was rejected because of Job responsibilities were not mentioned in previous employer's experience certificate..!!

May be because you were counting that experience as your primary NOC Code. If it's different then it's no issue.

WES assess my education as Two Years Undergraduate Study & CIO gave 5 points only last year, as a result my application got rejected. Shall I apply again this year with hope that they will give 19 marks?

I don't think they will asses it different way this time. If they considered it as 5 points then there will be no point in trying again. But still upto you!

Nope, actualy the experience was for same category 2132. but it was in general standard language.. job duties were not mentioned separately.. so they did't consider that experience..!

Well what I think is, If you are applying for 2132 then you need to showcase your experience in previous job as well. Else they won't consider that experience.

Hello friends..

I have made a mistake in my application. For point 7c in Economic Class form i marked 'Yes' for my spouse's proficiency in English. But, she has not given ielts and i dint include the ielts for her.

I am not claiming adaptibility points for her but my concern is while my application be rejected because is incomplete/incorrect.?

Any thoughts???

Well what I think is, If you are applying for 2132 then you need to showcase your experience in previous job as well. Else they won't consider that experience.

Since, they didn't consider the experience (where job duties were not mentioned), was your application application rejected due to other experience not being sufficient enough to claim the required points or the sole reason of the application rejection was because the duties were not mentioned in this experience.

Its 19points.
What do you mean by CIO gave 5 points last year?
If they give you 5 points last year,then the academic qualification is not Post secondary school qualification so it will be the same if you apply again.
19 points is 2 years post secondary schools while 5 points is secondary school.

After you submit the form, it will give you "Edit your information" link which you should save for future, to be able to update your info later.
Don't worry about the older duplicate entry - I'll delete it after you submit the editable entry.
These instructions are recommended for other members as well, who don't have a link to edit their info yet.
This way it will be much easier to maintain huge amount of applications in the spreadsheet in long term.

Yes it can be rejected, as they mentioned, you must provide evidence of proficiency if you say "Yes". If your application has reached to CIC, they are going to reject it, I'm afraid to say!

No, the main reason was that i was claiming points for that experience too and that was not considered because of missing job duties..!!
