Hi,I have sent my IELTS TRF for the QSWP this feb. And since the FSW has opened up for nurses,I wish to apply for the FSWP too. But I dont have the original TRF. What am I supposed to do. II am scared of the cap level too. How long can I assume the NOC 3012 to get filled? Should I have to send the ECA along with my application? I have requested the WES for ECA few days back. Please Reply

Dear Seniors ,

In the " Supplementary Information "Form and " Background Declaration " forms if the designated area for entry are not having enough space can we

1, Leave the complete space columns blank and enter all the details in the additional sheet or
2, specify half in the form columns and balance only in the additional sheet .

Please Answer , very nervous to make silly mistakes

Can I have any more comments for this Please

Thanks! Follow-up question. I hired a consultancy firm last year but this 2014 I'm planning to do it on my own, I think they are not that helpful and just wanted to get paid. My 2013 application was returned - cap reached.

Do I need to complete again "Use of a representative" and tick "cancelling the appointment of a representative"? Appreciate all the help.

Team,

I am a new member to this group. Can somebody please help me out with this question whether

husband and wife can apply separately for different NOC's? If yes, then how to go for it?

I would really appreciate your reply.

Regards,

Well,,, I sent my application today, and should reach CIS by next Monday, 12th. Admin, please update my info on the spreadsheet. Also, I typed in New york as visa office, which is not... please change it to CPC-ON.

Thanks.

Yes, you can both apply separately. Treat each application as independent. You'll require 2 sets of documents, 1 for each application. In 1 Application, you'll be PA, in other, your wife will be.

But, why bother with two apps in first place? IF anyone of you have non-hot NOC, than go ahead with that.
