All my docs like passport states my name as 'FirstName'
But few reference letter has 'FirstName LastName'
I am thinking about using the second one as my alias name in generic form.
will it require any documentation or proof?

I have degree with the title Telecommunication engineering and all the courses on my transcript are same as of electrical engineering.

can i apply as the categories don't have explicitly telecom but electrical ?

Please let me know what to be specified as " Family name " if my childs passport is not showing any detail . His complete name is specified in the " Given Name " itself .

Is PCC needed for all dependents including kids less than 7years specified in the application ?

No one can say it 100% sure, but yes you can expect it to be doubled. Let's see how many applications CIC updates regularly.!

Secondary = 10th/11th depending on your countries educational system e.g Matriculation/O Level.

Post secondary = between secondary and specialized degree education. Intermediate / A Level.

It would be great help and good estimator, of time before cap gets filled If any one may post statistics of how many applications for each occupation were returned last year for any reason such as doc missing, cap reached etc etc.

Don't even know if such data/stats exists but it may help as most of those guys wud have already sent the application.

Yes. Copy of very educational document you have including Degrees, Certificates & Mark sheets. Do not forget to include original ECA report.

Hi..do we need to submit matte finish photos? I just got my photos but all of them were gloss finish. When I checked photo specifications, nothing has been mentioned about the finish. Anyone submitted photos with gloss finish?

Doesnt matter. It can be glossy or matt.
