Guys I am asking you this question again .Please comment.

I have a Canadian equivalent Masters degree confirmed by WES report, since we can only claim points for highest level of education is it necessary to assess Bachelors also?

Please comment.
NO.
You only need to evaluate your highest academic qualification.
it is expected that your bachelor degree certificated has been evaluated and confirmed before you were offered admission to study masters.
Please save yourself the stress and move to other necessary things to submit along with your application.

Hello Members,

My wife had applied for FSW (NOC 1112) last year but the cap was reached, we are ready with all the documents now except the passport of my 2.3 yrs old daughter. We just missed this and didnt apply for her passport. In the Generic form a question was asked if daughter has the passport or no, we chose NO and validated the form and it got through without creating any problem or any prompt for this thing. I believe this should not be a problem as they gave an option of Yes and NO to choose from that means they are okay with both the scenarios.. Thats my understanding.. please suggest?

Also, we are updating few documents like funds Summary and couple of other forms and letters. but rest of the forms and letters remain as it is and had been attested last year. My question if those docs which are attested from last year and we are using them as it is will make any issue? Or is it fine using them? Rest of the newly updated docs and forms will be attested with the new date..

Any early response is appreciated !

Thank you guys !

Rohit

Hi. What are your documents that you need to redo from your last year's file?

Dear All,Any Guess how many files would have reached CIO Sydney.
???????????????????????????

Good point, attaching passport application receipt could be another idea but in your case, the child is new born but in the other guys case the child is few months old. That is why my suggestion is a call to CIC, they can suggest better alterante.

But he might loose the last chance for FSW if he waits too much. Birth Certificate might suffice. I did the same. Submitted birth certificate as i dont have the passport of new born yet. Keeping fingers crossed. Checked with a consultant too, he said you should be fine as you have already attached the application receipt of the applied passport.

Rest am praying to god. He will surely hear my prayers :)

Folks I need to know if hiring a lawyer for preparing the application adds any value? I see some lawyers charging upto 2500$ and also say you can apply without IELTS score initially, which I don't find mentioned anywhere. I am confused.

If you apply without the IELTS score your application will be automatically refused.

Whether you use a lawyer or not is up to you. A good lawyer can add value by making sure your application is accurate and complete. However you can also do this yourself and save the money. Again, your choice.

Problem is I have not even applied for it so dont have any relevant doc for that purpose!! secondly I dont think CIC will be able to give this information as they wont entertain the call !!! Could you please help me with the number to call upon?

Request other Senior members to help me with the best answer or solution!!

Thanks!

Rohit

Best thing in your case would be to attach supporting documents like offer letters, pay slips, promotion letters to support your claim.

thanks for your reply..i will submit payslip and appointment letters too which is mentioned in checklist.
bt it is mentioned that exp letters must have the total dutation, salary info, hrs, responsibilities in each position.
i am worried abt it

Does ur offer letter mention that this job will be full time? if yes then fine.

Do you have salary slips? If yes then fine.

Responsibilities - yes they need to be mentioned position wise..

Folks since past 5 years I am running my own company, so how do I document the work experience. Any advice ?

According to point 12 of document checklist:

"Self-employed individuals must provide documentation from 3rd party individuals indicating the service provided along with payment details".

Hope this will serve your purpose.

Yes, you can apply as self- employed person with all details needed. Not an issue.
