Hi,

hi friends,
just a quick questions, I am going to hire a consultant for FSW tomorrow.
my occupation is System Administrator,

I have booked IELTS on 10th June 2014, next month..

Come to the question:
I will take IELTS on 10th June and get the result on 25th or 26th June. (i am afraid about the cap)

1) Can I start my application before that
or is IELTS necessary at the first stage?

2) Can I start my application and submit the report later?

3) Some people say that the processing time would be 4-5Months this time?

also do i need to show proof of fund and PCC along with this application
because in the document checklist they mentioned proof of fund and document checklist

plus
I am applying for system administrator so i would wait for ielts for more 2 month, what do u expect about the cap?
if I apply after 2 month the cap of "computer network technicians - 2281" might get full

waiting for helpful responses....

Unfortunately, you can do like this, you need the original IELTS report with your application, otherwise your application will be returned. About the CAP no one can say any thing, unless first CAP update is available on CIC website.

All the best.

if you check online, you will see UPS delivers in 4 working days, recently few shipments were stuck in mumbai and routed through long routes and it took longer for them to be delivered. DHL and fedex take atleast 5 working days.

Hi,

Sorry if i am asking these set of questions again but i missed somewhere :(

1) I worked in two companies in my career, do i need to take reference letter from two companies or latest company which will fill my NOC (2174) criteria is enough?
2) As HR policies will not accept giving reference letter in letter heads, so will it be ok if i make reference letter in white paper (typed) and signatured by respective manager? If yes and again if some thing else (additional document) is required from Manager or me, please let me know? If no is there a Workaround?
3) Please share me the FSW 2014 application form, checklist or any other related forms which needs to be filled [The direct link form where i can download the documents].
4) If i apply on 9 May 2014, then will it will be too late or will be ok.
5) Which is the best courier and fastest (Fedex/UPS)? How many days?
6) Is 2 years form 16 ok? or do we need to submit for all the years I have worked? Is form 12B also necessary to be submitted?
7) I am submitting latest 3 months Salaray slips with Notary (without my company hr stamp on those). Will that be enough? Does previous company salary slips are also mandatory?
8 ) From when should i maintain funds till when and how much? (applying with my spouse)

Dear friends,
Need to know one thing.
In checklist no 13.
For my education certificates, do i have to seal the verified certificate in enevelope from university or not? i have already verified but i have not sealed in enevelope and stamped by university.

Hello Seniors and Friends,

I need some advice before i file up for this application.

I already have completed Masters Degree from Canada, Ontario, have my work permit expiring in June 2014.
For some family reasons, i came back from Canada in August 2013 and have been here in India now. I want to go back work for sometime if possible.

For this i want to apply FSW 2014 and i have 5 years of experience in Marketing niche and a Masters Degree, IELTS is also done.

I need guidance on how to fill the form, how much funds are to be shown (i am single :) ), and all other things.

Is there a chance this app will clear or not.

Seniors please guide, if anyone from Delhi is filling up, please contact and collaborate.

DHL is best I experienced. I used Fedex 3 times b4, taken more stopping and delay in delivery by one day than DHL.

Hi ,

I am from Nepal. I am going to submit my documents for ECA but I am a bit confused with the process given on WES website . I would be pleased if anybody here help me in doing accurate process.

I have 3 yrs proficiency certificate level and 2 yrs bachelor degree. Do I need to submit only attested transcripts along with provisional certificate or even I need to forward all individual attested marks sheet as well?
If I prefer fastest courier service ,what amount of total fees to be paid?
How can I get reference number? Do I need to register online account for that? Is there any specific application form to fill out for evaluation and sent it along with required documents?

You will have to put NO, because you can't produce IELTS / French tests for her. It's the only you have to do.

hey jigzyy,
nice to see you here too!!
i hope you'll finish your journey soon!
maybe i wasn't clear on my question... i do not claim any points for his language knowledge, of course...
i was actually leaning more toward ticking YES, since that is the truth, and submitting an explanation letter... i'm guessing they are asking this questions to see if people who are coming do or don't speak the language, that is, how fast and easy they will adapt... still NO? :)

Nice to see you again. I wish you to be successful this time :)

Yes, still NO, Because for every answer you put Yes / No, you need to produce said documents. When I submitted my documents, I had my wife's Academic IELTS, so I answered Yes and sent her results with app. But if you don't have anything to prove, than tick it as No. Canadians do not bother about partners language fluency as we have seen with Australian Cases.
