Dear Experts ,
Please Help me in filling the following details in Generic Application form .
I am Presently in UAE , Sharjah with my family and have a residence visa ( similar to visa for all working expatriates in uae which expires after every 2 or 3 years) . Please let me know the following details .
1, Box 4 - Immigration office requested for processing in United Arab Emirate ?
2, Box 10 - Current Country of residence - UAE , but Status ? ( there is no option for specifying " Resident " as specified in our Visa , should we specify " Worker " - ( if worker then can only show present 3 years validity ) ; or as "Other " and in the Other box - as " Resident " with no date details )
3,Should we Mark by Pen " Not Applicable " in all the boxes which we are not filling ?
4, National Identity Document - Should we mention Emirates ID card Details or Indian ID card ( issued from Election commission of India ) or Specify as NO.
5, In Education / Occupation details for Children of 7 years of age - Current Occupation ? and Indented Occupation ? - Should we specify Not applicable or Studying ??
6, After Typing the From should we take print out in Laser jet or normal .
7, After printing should we enter any boxer which we left empty as " not applicable " using Pen?
8, Is there any rule for signing the documents only using Black ink pen ?
9,Elementary / Primary schooling from 1st to 10th or should we consider 2 years before also .
In Schedule A ( background Declaration )
1, Personal history , present job should be specified up to todays date or keep it blank since it is continuing
2, Member ship or organisation - if we are a part of any organisation should we submit a supporting document to claim it.
