Hi friends,

i have a Question on points for Work Experience.
i have 8.5 years of work exp, would be able to get reference letters with job duties only for 2 jobs as below:

1) NOC 1112 - 3 Years 4 Months
2) NOC 1114 - 1 Year 10 M

Please advise how the Work Exp points can be judged if I apply under NOC1112?

it will be 11 points for 3 Years 4 Months for main NOC or the total points for 5Years 2 Months making it to 13 points

however, have all other documents related to remaining duration of work experience, apart from reference letter with job duties .....any chance that i can get 15 points in this case

You will get points for 5 years two months

hi, i was the NOC 1112 applicant, returned last year due to cap reached. Just saw the opens this year. it seems it accept more this year! so decide to apply again but need to update my police certificate very soon. hope it's not too late, hope there is still chance for me. god bless! NOC 1112 was the hottest category last year...

Send application without police certificate. It is not necessary. I suggest you to send today or lately tomorrow. Otherwise you will miss this year too because this is hottest NOC & lakhs of people are ready to file under this NOC.

Dear Ashif/ Experts ,

Few quick queries: Please help

1) My Father & elder brother are not my Dependents. Do i still need to submit PCC for my Father and elder Brother & his wife?

2) Reference letters from employers have to be submitted in original or copies will suffice?

3) Previous country of residence: I was out of home country on 2 occasions (2010 & 2011) on work permit for more than 6 months if duration is taken together but less than 6 months in single stay. Please advise if i still have to give stay details

4) National Id Document: Which Id qualifies for this in India. any issues if the Id document is having different address than Passport or Communication address mentioned in Application?

3. U dont require PCC but neeed to details for the form...

4. Indian applicants dont require National ID since ur govt have not provided yet to u ppl...

Can Voter Id card in case of Indian Applicants be used as a National Identity document??

No you cant use voter card as National Identity.

So if i want to apply under 2132 NOC than do you think am i eligible for the that?

I have the my duties are matching but not the designation,

U r eligible as long as ur work experience matches with 2132...

U can use ur current destination no prb with that bro...

Friends, can anybody advise.
I am preparing application for FSWC 2014. I am out of country and cannot get copies attested. Did anybody experienced that they sent their application to CIO without attested copies of the supporting documents?

1 No need to submit your parents or your brother/sister PCC. As they are not accompanying you to canada except your wife & your children if you are married.

2 submit original work experience. You will get it back after your completion of your process.

3 yes you have to submit all countries PCC where you have stayed more than 6 months.

4 fill NO in National Identity column as it is not available in india.

Well, somebody from Norway said that CIC contacted via email and asked to re-do an already submitted form. Perhaps that person could provide a little more details on what happened.

Hey, I went though the posts and found the Norwegian person's query!

Someone had asked him/her who had asked for a re-submission of Schedule A, for which the Norwegian had replied LVO.

LVO, if I am not mistake, stands for local visa office. I highly doubt this person is a FSW 2014 applicant. For an application material to be requested by a LVO, he/she must be at an advanced stage of the application for a PR visa. Hence, my belief that this is a FSW applicant from the previous cycle.
