Hi All,

I have a very urgent query regarding the adaptability points collection. I have 1.5 years of full time experience (with last 4 years) in the Montreal area, Quebec, Canada.

Will this work experience be counted in the adaptability criteria (which is 10 points) in the total points of selection criteria for FSW 2014?

Currently i am on the margin of minimum required points, so this might help me in clearing my minimum points criteria easily.

Dear Bro,

If u can prove ur work permit during that time, then u may claim that point...

CIC tells:

"Your past work in Canada
You did at least one year of full-time work in Canada:

in a occupation listed in Skill Type O or Skill Levels A or B of the National Occupational Classification (NOC), and
with a valid work permit or while authorized to work in Canada."

2174 Computer programmers and interactive media developers

I believe you definitely fall under NOC category: 2174 as your primary skill set is web designing.

Do I need to mention the same in "schedule A" form which states that "have you been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa........" In question 6d ?
