I would advice you to study the colour distribution on the spreadsheet to understand it better.The color cold you are referring to are for applicants that have applied nd yet to receive medicals .If you look closely at spreadsheet,you will see that each colour have different levels of processing.If you clicked on the yellow colour,it will show you applicants that have been issued visa.You would even see the color showing applicants that have landed.
Please check and explain better to your source.
The applicants displayed does not show the total people that applied.....but those at that level of processing stage.

Thanks mate for the reply. But I'm asking all this because I couldn't get it in a company letter head... If you read my post carefully you will understand.

oh iam sorry didn't noticed, but why is that so.?u can use the other option, but still if your does not have letter head then it may create bad impact..can u please share the reason

Do any body knows the process to add missing document in original application....original application is on the way to Sydney NS not yet reached Immigration office....

Can any body help me or suggest me some way out to add document i forgot to include in application(birth certificate) and what are the chances that my application will return back because of this ? I sent marriage certificate which is having D.O.B column...will that work ?

I have a problem. My father's name in my Birth certificate has a 'Jr', but on his birth certificate he does not have any. Can an affidavit that XYjr and XY is the same person enough?
I need this as a proof that he and my aunt in canada are siblings.

As I am single do i need to send following forms or should i send by marking NA??????

1)additional dependent
2) separate decalaration for minor travelling to canada
3)additiona family
4) stautatory declaration for common law union

Friends can u ppl throw some light on this,,
-in My reference/experience letter my job duties are General and very Brief like 4 duties only,will this suffice or can I PREPARE solely on my own Add my additional duties on a NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT and send wid application. coz My manager has moved from previous company ans its been 10 years from leaving that company i am sure they wont give me updated Ref; letter soon.
- my spouse Dont have a Family name on passport but when we are typing IMM008 form on system,it wont take N/A,but even we cam't leave that column blank ,,, really a very strange dllima like what to fill.

Request for package return with the courier company. No other way I guess. Seniors can suggest.

Nothing is possible, except for calling courier services to return your application....as this case has happened before also...so they uses this strategy

I see there is a requirement to send original TRF of IELTS. What happens if we need to use the same result for another country, such as Australia ? Because I see the test center doesn't gives more than one copy of TRS.

hanks for the reply. But NOC 4011 reads the primary statement like this

4011 University professors and lecturers

University professors and lecturers teach courses to undergraduate and graduate students and conduct research at universities. University professors who are heads of departments are included in this unit group.

Because of ' and conducts research, i am a bit confused. As i do not have published research papers, and also can not substantiate research experience with evidence. So, is it necessary to have published research? otherwise i have all other duties performed and can be evidenced properly.

Also, If i get publication in 2 months, do I have a chance to apply, i mean will this category be open till july 1st week?

Tommy, what you wrote is what I also had in the bottom of my heart; the feelings u expressed. Those guys who misled others were, surprisingly, experts, and confidently did so with their "I know it all" atittude. What amazes me is that the same guys are now helping others on how to fill out the app forms for this year. They are far from being apologetic. In fact, if u charge them they can simply walk away by saying "hey we do not represent cic". I decided not to let them decide for me. So, before they could say to me that they were not from cic, I said it to myself. I said " hey, I dont know them and they are not from cic."

You need not condemn the experts on this forum as they gave the advice based on the information at hand.Part of the blame should be directed to cic who never for once gave indication that there will be FSW in 2014.The only information they gave was that everybody should prepare for expression of interest in January,2015.
If I remember very well,responses were that nobody is sure if it will commence or not.
Please don't make them feel bad for information they innocently gave......let them have a large heart to help others at now who are helpless.
I know how you feel personally because I'm somehow affected too........but to be fair to them.......they gave the information based on information displayed on cic website.

is it not possible that courier company hold my package at destination and i send one more package from here and then they club both the package into one before delivery to CIC office ?
