I would like to ask people following FSW 2013. Someone shared the link to fsw 2013 excel sheet. I couldn't find a single person who has received medicals yet. Is this true? None of 2013 people some of them as early as 4th may have received medicals yet? Is that the case what would the fate of fsw 2014? Or M I missing something in that sheet?

Guys I have a question on reference letter, Do I need reference letter on Company letterhead with stamp and signature(original) or company letterhead with digital signature?

Is it mandatory to get stamp and signature on reference letter?

Hi Guys, I will also be applying under the FSW 2014 program. I have a question. I had my first in Canada but left after I couldn't find a job under the Skill types A, 0 or B. I did my masters in the UK and now back in my home country where I have attained a year plus experience under NOC 1112.

I am worried that if I send in my masters degree for evaluation, that my occupation might fill up before I get my assessment result. Do you think I should include just my York U degree or both and not add any evaluation for my masters degree? Or not mention my masters degree at all?

Yes Aadhar card can't be used as national ID. Driving license is okay. And its not mandatory to give. YOu can select "No".

hanks for the reply. But NOC 4011 reads the primary statement like this

4011 University professors and lecturers

University professors and lecturers teach courses to undergraduate and graduate students and conduct research at universities. University professors who are heads of departments are included in this unit group.

Because of ' and conducts research, i am a bit confused. As i do not have published research papers, and also can not substantiate research experience with evidence. So, is it necessary to have published research? otherwise i have all other duties performed and can be evidenced properly.

Also, If i get publication in 2 months, do I have a chance to apply, i mean will this category be open till july 1st week?

I need your inputs on this,

Last year I applied in FSW and my application was returned due to cap reached. In last year Generic application form, they have mentioned the UCI number with pencil. But in the explanation letter of returning the application, they have not mentioned that UCI number.

SO this time do I need to write that UCI number? Please suggest.

I have the same problem. I'm writing it. I also checked YES in the background form.

1. If the 1000 applicants of a given category are assessed and found to have 67 pass marks , will all the 1000 applicants be given Permanent residency? Or will they be assessed again for short listing?

2. For settlement funds , can time deposits and saving account balance be shown in combination?

Adhar card is indeed national identity. Their is dispute against adhar card in supreme court , unless that is resolved it is considered unique identity. Infact driving license and pan cards are not considered national IDs by immigration.

hello friends,,, i need an urgent suggestion :-X for filling IMM generic forms in EDUCATION/OCCUPATION DETAILS COLUMN what I need to fill coz I worked in a company as finance assistant from 2004 till 2007 so I am planning to apply under NOC1112 but after than I mean from 2008- till date I am working as Data or management specialist which is nowhere near finance role so in current occupation what I suppose to write my current job designation or one that I am using to apply i.e one for which I have experience certificate and one I am intended to nominate. and what about intended occupation is it my actual designation or one which is on NOC2011 relevant to my jobduties plz advice ASAP,,thanks everyone.

I'm sure your source of information isn't genuine.
I can authoritatively confirm to you that many FSW2013 applicants(that finished on 30th April) not only got invitation for medicals ......some of them have even landed in Canada already after been successfully completing the whole stage.
Your source may be referring to some visa issuing location centers and offices who are slow and not yet call for medicals.
If that is what you meant ........you may be right.
Please ask clearly what your source meant or where he/she got the information he gave you.

Yes I completely agree with Can2174.
AADHAR - UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India)
The name it self suggests that it is Unique Identification and this information was released to the world by Government of India.

So i am clear it is indeed considered by that world that AADHAR Card as National ID

If you are claming previous experience, get theri letters also.

I'm new to my current job, I don't plan to make a claim for this as my previous experience will be enough. But I'm also planning to send my contract and company letter for my current position. Do you think it's okay to send the company letter without the Job Duties as I am not claiming for it?

1.provided they satisfy all the necessary conditions for immigration,they be given the permanent residency .This is also subject to the overall 25,000 cap not exceeded yet before the 1,000 sub caps.
2.i really don't understand what you meant by time deposit,but I'm sure you can use the savings account balance can be used.

I really don't understand what you meant by time deposit,but I'm sure you can use the savings account balance can be used.

Yes you can show Time Deposit which are nothing but fixed deposits + Saving account balance with atleast 3 to 6 months bank statement.
