Any idea about the frequency of CIC getting update info related to number of applications received per NOC / Capped. if somebody noticed for last last year. Or when it will start showing app received numbers

Last year they usually updated the website for caps sometimes on Wednesdays and sometimes on Fridays

I agree we are not lying to them that we were refused to enter Canada
an application is returned due to various reasons incomplete application cap filled or not full 67 points etc
but refusal is like you are not allowed to enter Canada due to some reason
I believe the word refusal will come into play only after your application was processed and then you were refused
write now our applications were not at all processed they were simply returned du to cap

If you read the letter sent by CIC along with package says these words " We have now completed the assessment o your application and have been determined that you are not eligible for processing in this category" which means they have given an attempt to assess our applications.

I am working in a bank in IT department my roles and responsibilities are an exact match for NOC 2173 (Software engineers and designers). As I've already prepared my documents got an ECA report from CES as well.
Only remains is IELTS for which i've registered on 7th June 2014. For now I'm little worried about the cap as this NOC filled very quickly.

As i am only be able to submit complete application by 3rd week of June so by that time is this NOC will reach cap or not? Need your expert advice on this.

Give it a try, at least you are not applying for 2174... In reality, I belong to 2172 cause I am a Database Analyst (can you see it in my profile name ;D)? But I stayed with 2174 to simplify my application process. Anyways, I also realized I can apply to that 4 IT job codes interchangeably...

Please help.. I have a question regarding the ECA from WES. I am actually trying to be assessed for my BS Accountancy degree, however, some of my subjects were credited from a university other than where I actually graduated. My question is, do I need to get my transcripts from both universities, my first university and the one where I graduated? and submit it to WES? Thanks in advance.

ECA's orginal report to be despatch or copies.

as Document checklist says Copies and Schedule 3 Economic class says Original.

Your ECA report shud be original and your marksheets and copies of your degree diplomas

bro if u have not applied for 2174 u shd apply for 2172.for 2174 its close to 20 application but for 2172 there is hardly any applicant.its safest bet.

I just passed my application 4 hours ago... So I took the risk of joining 2174 because my docs are already aligned to that job codes and ready...
