Well I think you should get some expert help on this. Because if it is the case then all people send application before 1st May and ensure it reached on 1st May itself.
One of my canadian citizen friend told me to send it on 1st May only not before that.
This is just my opinion. I am not really sure about it.

Hi jayeshaminnew. I would really request you to please not answer any questions that you are not sure about and give advices to people to get back their packages.

Secondly it is clearly mentioned on CIC that app received on or after may 1st. Pls cite any evidence of what you have mentioned.

That's what my consultant said to me, as you can see they don't care what date you send what matters is the date where the immigration officer received in Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia. That's when they will consider the date of application received.

Well If he said then it's fine. May you receive your file number soon! :) Good luck!

Someone please clarify..

1) Obtaining ECA
I have Masters Degree in Singapore which is related to the occupation. I am planning to apply for education assessment for Canada migration. Is it sufficient if I just submit my Master Degree for the assessment without including my Bachelor Degree? Is it enough to claim point for the education?

2) If the limit is reached
Will my money go wasted or they keep my file on hold or will I get a refund?

Here's my 2 cents:

1. You can send your masters and bachelors for eca, but I think to be on the safe side it's the masters.
2. If limit reached, a refusal letter will be given and the money will be returned. ( and I don't want that to happen to you so better prepare everything and see you in canada)

For question 1) You can visit WES website for more clarification on documents requirement.
2) No you will not get refund from WES once you pay fees.

Thanks for sharing.

Guys just keep in mind that this is just a representation. Every year most applications come from China, which have not been entered in spreadsheet since I guess Chinese might not have access to these forums. So analysing based on spreadsheet might not be correct, but yes It can certainly show a trend

Right! and many people put their files through agents, which are not included here. But yes we can have rough knowledge on what's favorite!
