To throw some light about the question 6 d) of Schedule A (Background / Declaration) specailly for people who apllied for FSW 2013 and application returned due to CAP filled.

You need to answer Yes and explain that "I have applied for Permanent Resident Visa under Federal skilled workers category of 2013 and my application was returned due to NOC XXX Cap reached"[/size]

shall the same selection be made on wife's schedule A ? she was included with my application in my previous submittal so shall I select yes on her application and explain that "spouse applied for ...... and got his application returned due to....." ??

Which is the fastest courier service within canada. Docs need to be mailed from Surrey British Columbia to CIC office Nova Scotia. Minimum how many days will it take?

I am from India

In the asset section I will mention the ready cash as proof of fund ( Sufficient Amount is available in my account )

In Laibility , i will mention NILL , though I have a morgaged apartment , and I am paying my installment from the same account where I show enough proof of fund as "Bank Account balance certificate ", but latter if they ask for statement , my intallment for the mortgage will reflect .

the cost of the mortage apartment is 4 time the mortage amount.

I dont mind mentioning this .. I am worried what document i need to show if I mention this.
i have sale seed , and instalment details .. but no proof to show the cost of the apartment as on date ready with me .. please Advice ...

You have to also select a particular category and remove the other two. Example if it is NOC Category then remove Offer of Arranged Employement cat or Phd cat both..

if ashif_eee sent the application last year and can get through, we shouldnt be worried that much whether or not to remove the remaining two, or we can specify them all since they are all sent to the same address.well.. it might be a bit delay to identify by CIC but eventually will get through since CIC officer will rely on our application more than the package label.

In my case I used FedEx....In my experience it proved the fastest couirer both from Bangladesh and Inside canada...

U can select 1 day shipping... (30 CAD required for me...)

Thanks Ashif! In fact my position title fits 2174 but my duties more fit 2173. Which NOC code should I put now?

Someone was suggesting that I can write 2173/2174, is this OK? in case of 1 cap limit being filled and the other still taking, doesn't it cause confusion for immigration officer?

if i were u i will go for 2173, the duties are more important than the title, and you should pick only one NOC matching you the most...be hurry my friend and good luck.

Dear All,
Today I couriered my deck via FedEx from Pune and will be reaching NS on 8th. I just hope I haven't missed anything major. However, the MAJOR weakness in my application is my responsibilities which are a copy/paste from CIC website. I just hope VO takes that thing easily and doesn't reject my application.

If its copy pasted from CIC. Then there are maximum chances of rejection at any stage.

Urgent suggestion for gimmenergy


Dear Monu brother I can suggest u to return back the application package....
DHL/FedEx has such service....Usually they dont want to provide this support..But requesting/showing emergncy --they may do it for u ....
Otherwise u might gonna fall on a sudden rejection...So u may have a hard try to return the package to ur self and correct it as required (if possible).

Monu we all quickly suggest you to get your application package back and correct it as required not by copy pasting.

I completely agree with Ram and ashif as chances of rejections are more....

Though if u select "NOC Category" only, will be absolutely fine. ...

Total entries in 1112 & 1111 --- 10
in 2173/2174 -- 19

2173/2174 is 19 because it is occupation is related to computer as more users are computer related.

Check last year spread sheet 1112 NOC filled first than 2174.

Call up the Thomas Cook Toll Free number and ask them how much amount in your local currency for the amount Canadian Dollars your are looking for along with DD Charges and ask him to send an online link payment.

Then go to any Near by Thomas Cook branch and ask the same you will find little amount high price compared to call center given amount. Then tell them that you already spoke to call center and share a copy of the link details and they will agree for the call center quoted amount.

All together it will take 1 hour to get the DD...

I am from India i faced the same and the difference was 3K....

Never noticed this option, sent my application April 30... too late! I hope that won't be a problem! I did fill the UCI though... good luck to all of us! No overcap this time!
