I was working in a company from India Since 2005-04 to 2011-02.
During the period I travelled to 2 countries
Australia - May 2007 to 29 Nov 2007
Singapore - Feb 2010 to Feb 2011

Please confirm how do I detail on Section 8.

Also please help advice if we have have to mention all Tour visits as well (1-2 Weeks).

im under NOC 3012 (registered nurse)
i thought i could send a valid ielts result (which is within 2 years)
my ielts result will expire on May 12. I did not realize that my IELTS result should be valid for atleast a year from the application date;
so i would have to take another one. I booked mine, scheduled on the 17th. Result would i think be avail after 13 days. You think Id still be able to get in the 1000 cap?

The answer is yes you can apply. But then im not sure how would immigrstion take it. I advice u talk to a genuine immigration lawyer who can advice you. But if u apply for PR , and one you get it u can study three

My friend wants to apply for Canadian Immigration under Federal Skilled Worker class. He has some issues regarding his name.

1) On his passport his first and last name are written under GIVEN NAME. While there is nothing under LAST name. It written as "--"

2) He is living in Saudi Arabia, and his name on bank account is written as "his name + his father name". Is it a problem too during immigration process?

Other than passport, on all documents his name is correct. Would his application be rejected due to this?

What you guys suggest in his case.

All replies would be appreciated.

It depends ur NOC. If its not finance and IT then i think you are safe til mid june. You may parallely prepare for student visa once u submit ur FSW application. Please consult some experienced person before filing ur sfudent visa application

I dont think this is major issue. Just make sure friend specify the given name in form as it is in passport.additionally he can attach explanation about his name being different in bank accounts.

Write exactly the way its written in Passport. If Last name is blank then do not write last name in any form

2) He is living in Saudi Arabia, and his name on bank account is written as "his name + his father name". Is it a problem too during immigration process?

That wont be a problem as I also have same thing: First name + Middle Name + Last name. If they have a joint account then its a different story.

Other than passport, on all documents his name is correct. Would his application be rejected due to this?

They wont reject on basis of this.
