Experts and Seniors,

State bank of India says that DD validity cannot be more then 3 months.

Which bank shall I select so that I can get a validity of 6 months? How to go about it?

It should be written in the same box, beneath the name in english.
I have added a separate sheet to highlight the name in native language. I hope this is not a problem!

friends , i have one question ..

it is written in the check list that " in the reference letter of the employer, the annual salary of the applicant must be written. "

in my ref. letter it is not written, but i have included my appointment letter which shows my monthly salary as well as my six months salary slips.

do i still need to get new reference letter which includes annual income of mine or salary slips and appointment letter will do ?

plzz reply ..

best regards ..

Silly Question, if you may:

When signing the forms, use black ink or blue ink?

Does is really matter ? You can use any colour.

Same Dilemma here... Did you check with the bank that this was an international DD? I will approach SCB tomorrow and see what they have to say. In the meantime, Experts/Seniors who have already procured a DD...need your expert advice!!

Applicants from India who have already sent their application...could you please advise if you have sent the fee payment in the form of DD. If so, which bank did you approach and is there a validity on the DD?

Thanks,

Brother u can send a DD from any of the bank... I did it from HDFC Bank... U can get it from HDFC.. iCICi of SBI... Buy you need an account in that bank... Without account in that bank they might not issue a DD... And its valid for 6 month... :)

In the WES site what does ‘select country of education' mean? I believe it's not country where you are from!
So if someone studies in three countries (my case) so for higher secondary will select USA and bachelors which is done in Bangladesh I will follow the instruction based on BD and then for Masters, will select UK. Am I wrong?
yes, you are right.

Hi
I plan to use the IMM5620 Fee Payment formt to pay with a Credit Card which is in my wife's name since my CC (primary applicant) is not valid for 9 months. I see that I can include the "Name of Payer" as my wife's name. Should the "Address of Payer" be the address that is associated with the Credit Card?
Thanks
Tom

Yes, provide the address of the CC holder.
