All copies of originals should preferably be notarized to avoid suspicion from the visa officer.

I have a year and a half experience as an electrical engineer but I have them into two different companies with slightly different duties (8 months each). Should I fill them as two separate entries in Schedule 3?

Yes ofcourse brother it should be different entry..And its very logical to have a bit mismatch on the job duties...

Very logical question. Even I don't know what to answer here. I was also returned due to cap filled.

Yes you can reference letters from the previous year. I guess that shouldn't be a problem if the dates and your current experience match..

Truly false statment....

U can use ur IELTS even with a single day validity when ur app is rcvd by CIC...

So send ur app by ending of validity....

My advise is to take a fresh copy of reference letter...

As known this is the last program of FSW and no other FSW related program will ever be launched after the launching of 'Express Entry' from January, 2015. I want to know what will exactly happen after launch of Express Entry in 2015??? Will the occupation list which we are talking in general be closed for Canada?? or something else will happen??

Last year I submitted my package without any notarized docs, please clarify.

Just one post made me curious

You advised to someone that make sure you documents are not too old

In may case I applied last year also but the application got back due to cap filled.

Now I have some documents notarized from last year (work exp of presious employers, reference letters of previous employers) etc.

Do I have to get them notarized again?? I fear I cant do that since I am not in India right now.

Please advice as to WHICH DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE LATEST??
