One question....

i have my all documents of last year, the notarized copies have dates of 26 Aug 2013, is it ok ??
Further, the affidavit (from Translator) is also back dated and contains my old residential address as i recently moved to another area. i have not updated my new address in national identity cards as well.

Will it be a problem ? Please help.

Sorry but I don't understand why Assets = 0

I have filled as per the guidelines below:

Assets cannot be 0, it will also include your settlement funds amount.

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REQUIRED IN THIS CHECK LIST, AND

INCLUDE 2 SELF ADDRESSED MAILING LABELS:

ONE IN ENGLISH OR FRENCH AND

ONE IN OFFICIAL LANGUAGE OF YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE

I dont understand the last point for include 2 self addressed mailing labels. Does that mean we also need to include our address details (2copies) along with the application inside the mail we are sending? please advise friends.

For my case i used old dated notarized docs....hence u may use that notarized docs but for translated i have no idea about the validity issue...

In that case u may query to the translators...If u dont find feedback from here...

Hello Experts and seniors,

May be this is repetitive but I am confused that is why I am asking.

I am mechanical planning to apply under 2132.

Now in form IMM0008_3e in 12(a) I will write my NOC code as 2132. But it says to select my primary occupation from BELOW.

Now ideally my primary occupation should be MECHANICAL ENGINEER as per the NOC, but in 12(b) I am writing my designations / positions and not my occupations. So no where in 12(b) it is written MECHANICAL ENGINEER

It says Senior Engineer, Assitant Manager, Deputy Manger, etc.

Kindly guide what OCCUPATION shall I select and write in 12(a)

Exaxtly Ziyad bro, U need add two self addressed mailing label with ur application package...This is bcoz, CIC can send this package easily to ur address in case ur file need to be returned...

I plan to use the IMM5620 Fee Payment formt to pay with a Credit Card which is in my wife's name since my CC (primary applicant) is not valid for 9 months. I see that I can include the "Name of Payer" as my wife's name. Should the "Address of Payer" be the address that is associated with the Credit Card?

I have been studying in US for the last 5 years so it is my country of residence. I am originally from Jordan so it is country of origin.
When filling MY TRAVELS FORM should I include travels between these two countries>
The instructions say to list all trips outside your country of origin or of residence in the last ten years.

are 5-to-6 job duties enough to be mentioned by employer in the reference letter ? i have held 4 positions in the same company and employer is reluctant to write more than 5,6 lines under job duties ? is it ok ?
