Will this suffice? - > Please note my Current Job and duties are equivalent to Senior managers 0013??

Cant I just state the role I've stated in 12b in question 12a?

Sure its OK, just attaché Xerox. One doc. showing common parent name, Passport copy and present resident proof. (may be bills, etc.)

I matched my Occupation and Duties in FSW's Product Manager-Marketing but i am not matched in education qualification.

so, can any one tell me i am eligible or not for FSW as Product Manager-Marketing?
Should i apply?

Only of the spouse:

It should be double copy (spouse+Principal):

1. Additional Family Information-IMM5406E
2. Schedule A- Background-IMM5669E

Others forms are for principal applicant..
