Regarding WES...I am from India and after completing high school education (10th Standard) i finished 3 years diploma and 3 years engineering degree. Now, i am sending diploma and degree certificates. Do i need to send the 10th standard marksheet also ?.

Family members : An applicant's closest relatives, in the context of an application to CIC. It is defined as a spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, and their dependent children.

Who is a Dependant?

Dependant: A spouse, common-law partner or dependent child of a principal applicant.

Pls note that mother, father, brother, sister, grandfather, grandmother, father-in-law, mother-in-law are not family members/dependant as per CIC guidelines therefore should not be included as Dependants in Generic form / Additional Dependant Form. Also don't send photographs for them.

Its a large paper clip that u can use...I did the same..

where did you bind the address labels ? we bound the photos with paper clips in first page of the generic application form under the the bar-cods.

As per the guidelines Family members are defined as Spouse, Common law partner and Dependents. So relax and send only the photos that are required. Remember not to send anything extra while sending application. So no extra photos to complicate ur case.

I have applied for PR (FSW) last year and my documents were returned because the cap was reached. UCI no. was written with pencil on my returned application. My Queries are:

1. What should be the answer to question" have you ever applied for canada visa?" in the application form?

As per NOC-0113(Purchase Manager) in employment requirements the mentioned statement is.."Several years of experience as a purchasing agent or officer are required."
After BBA & MBA, I have an experience of 4 months - Banking Sales, 1.25 years - sales & marketing in automobile industry and 2 years in purchase dept. automobile industry. Will it suffice?

Do i need to give 6 photographs of all my family members with the forms?

Just read the point 19 of document checklist - where it has mentioned to provide 6 photographs of mine,family members whether they are accompanying me or not.

Does that mean i need to give photographs of spouse family members too?

Only the memmebrs who are accompanied by u..(spouse/kids)
