I have applied to WES and used Delivery method as US/Intl Registered Mail ($ 30). How much time US/Intl Registered Mail could take for the reports to reach India once WES releases. Should i switch to International Express Delivery ($100)

Guys, i'm filling the application forms, a few question come into mind:

1- i filled the generic application form on PC, as i'm filling it there are certain boxes that will be blank.
is ok to leave them blank or should i type N/A after i print it.
Form example: Personal Details 9-2. Asks if i have a 2nd Citizenship. Blank or N/A?
Previous contries of residence. Blank or N/A?

2- in Schedule A- Background declaration, 8- Personal history. I filled as follows:
2013/06 - 2014/05 - Working as Maintenance engineer
2011/11 - 2013/06 - Working as Service engineer
2007/06 - 2012/10 - Studing BS Engineering.

Please note the dates, is it OK if they overlap?

3- Schedule A - Background declaraion, 1 Full name.
Given name(s) gives two boxes, i just have one name. is it ok to leave the other blank? or N/A?

This blank N/A thing is driving me crazy.

4 - Date of death, if deceased. Same goes here, no ones is dead so...Blank or N/A?

Hope you guys can help me!!
Thanks, this is a great forum.

IELTS result: How long does it take? I hear its 13 calendar days and depending on where you are it may take additional days for mailing. Could the result be collected directly from the test center on the 12th day? If so, has anybody out here explain how? I am sure it would help others on this forum.

Here in Brazil they say it takes 14 days. It took roughly two weeks for mine to arrive.

DEMAND DRAFT in INDIA

Guys, Any luck with international DD from India with a validity of 6 months? I heard that the validity of 3 months set by RBI is for DDs issued within India. People who have got their DD ready ... please comment as to which bank provided you the DD with a validity of 6 months.

Thanks

All domestic DDs are for 3 months in India and international DDs are for 6 months validity by default.
Double check with your banker.

I plan to pay CIC fee by certified check instead of credit card since I'm worried that my bank in Thailand May not grant overseas payment. I read many of you mention about validity of bank draft or certified check here. Some say 3 months, some say 6 months. I called my bank the other day the said there is NO validity. I wonder the validity of bank draft or certified check is different in each country or this should be the same internationally? Please suggest. Thanks.

Hi guys

can I ask a silly question ? :)

What did you use to bind your docs? staple or paperclips or none?

:)

Thanks!

Double check with your banker.

Bank can extend the validity of instrument.

You may request your manager to do so

"""Effective May 1, 2014, the FSW will be accepting an overall total of 25,000 new applications. Applicants must have at least one year of work experience in one of 50 eligible occupations. A maximum of 1,000 applications will be accepted per eligible occupation. """

Can you please elaborate following issue :: Overall CAP of 25000 but if we multiply 50 occupation with 1000 applications per Occupation then its getting 50000 ? How ?

BR//Subrun. :o

True, it doesn't seem right mathematically right? I thought that initially then I had look at last year's cap and it was maximum 5000 applications and 500 cap per each NOC. There were total 24 NOCs last year. 300 x 24 = 7200. What happened was that the total applications received till 3 April was less than 5000 because some of NOCs did not reach its total cap 300. In Summary, they will allow each NOC to reach cap 1000 but once overall 25000 applications are accepted, then they will accept no more even though your NOC has not reached cap 1000.

This is my assumption based on last year and hope this makes sense.

Pay 100 dollars more otherwise you will get it after 2 weeks.

Precisely, they clearly say that all DDs from any bank, due to RBI regulations carry a validity of 3 months. If anyone knows of any exceptions, please share!!
Hi

Validity can be extended 3 months is the default period but the same can be extended on request to bank

It's so annoying to wait for the forms to get update. Any news on this
