From your previous experience, Could you please tell me approx. that how long it will take to reach the cap for the NOC 2171 & 2172 for this year 2014.

Its better to have maturity bu not stated as mandatory... SO u can take 3 month statement and Bank cert...

I have a cousin in Canada who called up CIC on my behalf and asked for steps and they said all the copies hers and mine need to be notarized and to get copies notarized I will need originals also she has to sign the schedule A and additional family information forms and CIC does not accept digital signatures so I told her to fill up the forms and get the photocopies of her passport and birth certificate with national id attested/notarized and send me through courier

That's right....she needs to sign couple of forms.
Just be careful.

Yeah kollins... thanks for the support.. i am just trying to be patience, however my thoughts area making me loose my patience..
It will take another 3-4 days for the file to reach CIC.. and Don't know how much time will it take to fill the CAP for NOC 1112 this time..
May be by 6-7 or even 8 May.. Its tough.. :-[

1112 may not be as hot as last year because more finance NOCs are open now. But that said, nobody will be waiting for ECA this time and all those subject to cap last year will move fast. Its anyone's guess how long it will take for 1112 to fill up.

Please visit Medical Council of Canada website. I think doctors have to get their MBBS degrees verified through their system now. At least thats what I gathered from their webpage update on 23rd April.

Hi All,

I have a question about work experience in schedule 3 form.
I have worked as a Software Developer (2174), Web developer (2174) and Hardware Design Engineer (2147).
Now I'm applying for 2174 NOC and want to know what to write in 12 a) Occupation field as both Software Developer and Web developer are the primary occupations.

Also one more question can I type and print in black ink in the same document (as there are some fields where there is not enough space for typing and I want to fill them by hand)?

Please visit Medical Council of Canada website. I think doctors have to get their MBBS degrees verified through their system now. At least thats what I gathered from their webpage update on 23rd April.

They are quoting it as a 3-4 months long procedure. So waiting for the new forms and probably some more updated info about where to get ECA for doctors. If they dont release today then tomorrow is May Day and dont expect an update from them on a holiday.

I applied last year for NOC 2174, BUT my App got returned due to CAP reached, i am applying again this year.
I have a query...
Schedule A 12th point address, its mentioned that we have to provide addresses even if we were tourists.. my query is suppose i was in singapore (tourist)in september 2013 than i came back to malaysia(my current residence) and again in september 2013 i went to thailand (tourist)for 7 days so do i have to fill up like sing address, malaysia address & thailand address?Huh or i just need to say 2013-09 to 2013-09 sing address and 2013-09 to 2013-09 thailand address??

Brother can u please tell me where u have find "we have to provide addresses even if we were tourists"??

CIC tell:

Indicate the residential addresses where you have lived since your 18th birthday or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent, complete with the postal code. Do not use P.O. box addresses.

In my opinion u can avoid this addresses if u stay a very little time on there like one-two weeks...I dont think u have worried things with this...
