FSW 2014 Applicants Timeline- Lets Network Here.

Hello everyone
I applied last time in the NOC 2147 but by the time my application got it turn it was sent back as CAP was filled I missed it by edge as there were red marks on my application
I have three doubts
1. when my application was returned they wrote UCI number so do I mention my UCI in my new application but I am not applying in the same NOC 2147 this time I m applying in 2171.
2. Also I have my ECA report and IELTS taken last year will those be valid or will I need fresh copy of ECA with recent date and reappear for IELTS
3. Can somebody please explain me about the concept of sub caps

1. Yes you may mention the UCI no.
2. ECA and IELTS are valid. You can apply with them.
3. Total 25000 applicants. But the sub cap is 1000. In some of the NOCs like petroleum engg there would be hardly 100 applicants. But by that time if the total count reached 25000 they would not accept any more applicants.

3. ICICI bank where I hold the a.c today informed me that as per RBI guidelines, none of the Indian banks can issue a DD exceeding validity of 3 months. hence I am preferring CC. Has anyone here from India made a DD for 6 months ??

4. yes thats Income tax returns.


Kindly clarify

You ask them for international dd. I got one from icicle today with 6 months.

There is no validity mentioned tho, but it's international dd and these are generally valid for 6 months

How much points for MBBS doctors

I cant be too sure but I'm sure it is 21 points.
Try to do free evaluation of MBBS at www.wes.org.....you will get accurate equivalence

Thankyou very much so the only difference this time is I am married now. And I m working in Saudi Arabia and my wife is in India at the moment so filling up the forms and getting the documents ready is a bit difficult task this time but never the less no pain no gain

1)Mention it.
2)ECA is valid for 5 years ....IELTS is valid for 2 years.....you should be able to use depeding on the dates they were issued.
3)Sup caps is caps for each NOC which is 1,000(for FSW2014)...overall cap is the permissible sum for all the NOC which is 25,000(for FSW2014)

I have another confusion. I am applying under NOC 2133 and my designation was System Engineer and Sr System Engineer. But in CIC page "http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/ViewAllTitlesQuickSearch.aspx?val=2&val1=2133&val65=2133" no where these titles are mentioned but my job description are almost 80% matching. What could be the way forward?

Just proceed with ur current Job title to everywhere....with ur NOC number 2133...

In generic form page 3 question 3 current occupation... Should I mention my Designation like Sr System Engineer or Should i mention Electrical Engineer (as i am applying under NOC 2133)

The only inputs you need from her is her details....and ofcourse her agreements.
other than that....she can scan and send photocopies of her birth certificates and passport data pages to you by mail...including you children(if applicable).

I have a cousin in Canada who called up CIC on my behalf and asked for steps and they said all the copies hers and mine need to be notarized and to get copies notarized I will need originals also she has to sign the schedule A and additional family information forms and CIC does not accept digital signatures so I told her to fill up the forms and get the photocopies of her passport and birth certificate with national id attested/notarized and send me through courier
