Just want to share about the PCC:

ur PCC submission validity is Three months. So when u want to submit ur PCC u should consider the date is not over three month from the issuing day.

Though PCC validity is One year but submission validity is Three months

Hi,

Am I eligible to apply on the basis of below declaration?

Age: 28
IELTS: 6.0 in all modules of GT but original report was sent to QSW (Is it possible to request British Council to send the result directly to CIC?)
Spouse IELTS: 7.0 overall in GT
Education: a) School leaving certificate(10th grade completed)
b) Diploma in nursing 3 yrs program
c) Post basic bachelor in nursing 2 yrs program
Experience: a) 4 yrs after completion of diploma in nursing
b) 2 yrs after bachelor in nursing
Do I need to send just bachelor certificate for ECA or I need to submit even the diploma certificate as I have 2 yrs bachelor only. I may not get required points on education factor as I have 15 yrs. of education in total.

Finally, I am going to deposit 1300 CAD to my account to make a balance of 18000 CAD since I have already deposited about 5000CAD 6 months back.
Can I submit balance certificate without waiting for few months?

For me,I think it's better to evaluate your highest certificate in your ECA evaluation.
Your age ensured you have the highest point for consideration for age factor.
If i understand you well.....ur cumulative years of experience is 6....which also ensure you have highest in that area.
Your spouse IELTS is an additional point for you also.
What you need to accurately calculate is your point in IELTS which you have 6 in all bands......I'm thinking it should fetch you with minimum of 16 points.......by my calculation,you are on 68points......assuming your calculation is based on the data you gave here.

i have studied 4 months in a language school, does this count for Trade school or other post secondary school? do I need to mention this in the education part of Schedule A? and if I need how many years do I need to indicate? because the firm ask to indicate the number of years but this period is only 4 months.... write 1/3?

if a ECA for a professional accounting degree CMA states "2 years of professional study" what does it mean will it be considered eual 2 a completed canadian qualification by CIC or not.

Yes it mean it will be considered equal 2 a completed Canadian qualification by CIC, brother ..

I assumed you have the lowest for all.....4+4+4+4 which add up to 16.
Your spouse IELTS will give u 5
Age should give you highest too...
Your documented 6 years experience will also give u highest in the area........just be sure you include reference letters from your two occupations..........with theses points......I'm sure you will make 68points.

1. CEC better as it has limited competition and is faster(12 Months)
2. Dont think BOWP eligible for FSW
3. Also below is the Cap limit

Overall cap of 25,000 applications in eligible occupations stream
Cap of 500 applications for PhD eligibility stream
No limit on applicants who have a valid job offer from a Canadian employer
Sub-caps of 1,000 applications for each of the 50 eligible occupations below (their 2011 National Occupational Classification (NOC) code is included in brackets):

In this case, in form schedule 3, for sure in section 12a he will write 2174, BUT section 12b, for his current job, which NOC should he use 2147 or 2174?

Its not a problem as long as u have the relevant work experience of 2174, u can apply..A telecom engineer can prepare web developing tools to make easier...for reporting etc..

So u can proceed without hesitation brother...

its the job duties he maintain...If he does the job duty of 2174 NOC then definitely it will be 2174...If he have another designation having another experience of 2147 then he will have to write 2147...
