6. Payslip (3 months will be enough)
7. Business card of applicant and referee (reference letter's).
 
I am torn if I have to request bank draft now since the processing can up 2-3 days... But I am not sure if they will change the fees... What do you think guys? Are you processing your Bank draft now?
 
But try and finish the paper work ASAP as last year I was jus late by 5 days and CAP was closed the last cc chrgs was 17 July and my application was received on 22 July..all the best

Is it ok to do online payment and then attach the receipt coz usually they scan if the payment was made with the bar code..thanks in advance

How I need to fill in the Federal Skilled worker Form

Assets:
Current House Value: 163836.000 CAD
Saving Account Value: 2443 CAD
PF: 2363 CAD
Fixed Deposits: 19798 CAD
Total comes in the Form Box:1276056 CAD

Liabilities:
House Loan 63131.472 CAD

Total comes in the Form BOx: 63131.472 CAD

Settlement Funds:

Saving Account Value: 2443 CAD
Fixed Deposits: 19798 CAD

Total Comes in the box: 22241 CAD

Please advice, if this is correct way to fill the Federal Form?

Also, I just need to provide proofs for Settlement funds no current value of house?

You can use draft or credit card (debit card from some countries will also work). The reason been they have to check your document is complete, check if you are eligible and all other stuff before they cash your draft or charge your card. Otherwise your complete package will be sent back to you

Since as you stated, your house value cannot be accepted as proof of fund as it concerns your transferable funds, my suggestion will be remove all items related to your house.

By this the first box will just be a sum of your PF, Savings and fixed deposit

Box two, leave blank or nil

Box three your savings and fixed deposit.


Provide 3months statement of your savings account and the receipt of your fixed deposit. Make sure this adds up to or greater than the amount required for your family size

my birth certificate has got only my first name and my parents name have got typos.Haven't had a luck in getting the documents fixed back home.Under this circumstance can i provide a statutory declaration about my birth details with some supporting documents like Birth certificate from Indian consulate,marriage certificate, X marksheet, Indian passport first and last page in lieu of the birth certificate.I came across some people doing this in the forum previously.any advise on how effective this can be ?.

1. Bank certificate letter is ok for proof of funds or we need to support this with statements etc?
2. What does they normally do to verify this? Any experience from past......

Are you sure it's not mandatory to provide work experience letters (with main responsibilities) for occupations/job role done in the past that is not your primary occupation and not in the 50 shortlisted occupations? The guide says to provide it for all the job roles done in the past right?

But, since I am not mentioning the Liabilities. Won't be my application rejected due to incorrect information in the form after they verify it. I am giving Form16 from all my Indian companies along with experience letter to make my experience record strong. Form 16 has information about my house loan also.
