Getting notarized is basic and is nothing to do with whether they ask or not it's an authentication basically..so its good and will not harm..tyshakti123 said:Pl do not give any additional then asked, it might complicate matters then help. People who have kept it simple to the point in 2013 are the one's whose applications were accepted and processed faster.

First of all a big thanks to you and other members who are taking so much efforts to reply for all our queries.
You guys are doing a wonderful job and thanks a ton
I have some couple of questions.
I just moved to US and I am here for only 3 months. So I am not sure whether I can apply PCC from here as I read
I have to be in a place for at least 6 months. And also I can't apply through US Visa office as I don't have one year visa in this country
to process my application from here.
So,
1. Can I apply from New Delhi, India Visa office from here?
2. What can I do for the PCC?
3. Is it possible to try for PCC here in US Indian embassy and apply with that from New Delhi Visa office?
Please help and I think I am ready with all documents except this PCC.
Thanks again,
Rajesh

I have said about the forms only....I did and my brothers did earlier...No prb happened...if u dont like then u can use paper clip too...vncntybnz said:I am now confused. In the first page of IMM5612E Document Checklist, it says, "Gather your documents in the order of the checklist and checkReach item. Attach small items such as photos and certified cheques with a paper clip, otherwise leave documents unbound. Place all documents in a sealed envelope. If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the original version. Do not send any additional documents when submitting your application to the CIO."
It's not required, and CIC site clearly states to send only photocopies and only docs which are not in english and french have to be notorized.Jhanvi said:Getting notarized is basic and is nothing to do with whether they ask or not it's an authentication basically..so its good and will not harm..ty

Better to wait till 1st May.. Last year there were last minute changes and people who send old forms had their applications returned...
And since application start from 1st may, if posted before 1st they might be taken as 2013 year applications.

You are doing a great job carry on!!!
Please be kind respond my query
I applied last year under 2132 - Mechanical Engineers. However the file was returned due to cap was full. Now this year I am travelling to Germany for work purposes following is my question
a) How to get the copy of my passport with visa stamp notarized? Since I am not in India right now? It is required to get notarized in first place?
b) Can I show my funds as mix or INR and Euros?
c) I have stayed in germany for total 9 months but never stayed continuous for more then 6 months. In that case should i show that i am residing outside my home country for more than 6 months or not?
4) While showing my current residence in one of the form different from country of origin what is the status that i should select (there is no option to select the work permit option).
Thanks in advance
Yes it should'nt but if date of shipping and your signature date in forms is considered. It might effect, just on a safe side.Jhanvi said:It won't be considered as 2013 as it takes 4-5 days to reach and moreover it's good to wait till 1 may..gud luck
