Am I eligible to apply and what is my CLB Score with the above?

I applied last year under 2132 - Mechanical Engineers. However the file was returned due to cap was full. Now this year I am travelling to Germany for work purposes following is my question

a) How to get the copy of my passport with visa stamp notarized? Since I am not in India right now? It is required to get notarized in first place?
b) Can I show my funds as mix or INR and Euros?
c) I have stayed in germany for total 9 months but never stayed continuous for more then 6 months. In that case should i show that i am residing outside my home country for more than 6 months or not?
4) While showing my current residence in one of the form different from country of origin what is the status that i should select (there is no option to select the work permit option).

Hey Guys, I have a question concerning FSW. Can anyone please share some light?

I have a bachelors degree in Graphic Design here in Brazil however I've been working for years as a Marketing Designer and as time went buy I got promoted as a marketing executive and I'm now working as a marketing manager. I have documents that can back that information, meaning I can make sure through brazilian documents that those have been my actual "professions" througout these last years and that I'm currently working as a marketing manager.

I am currently undergoing a postgraduate degree in marketing manager however I'm not going to graduate this year. I'll probably only get my diploma next year.

Considering I have proven work experience with marketing although my bachelors is in design would I be eligible to apply for the following category? Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations (1123) ??

I have a band 8 IELTS in hand however it is ACADEMIC so I have rescheduled a new General Training IELTS for the upcoming months. Talk about bad luck, huh?

Anyway, I was just wondering wether or not I'm eligible to apply under those circumstances.

Thanx for the response..but i have one more problem..the country im currently residing in(Saudi Arabia) has stamp papers banned..
So now how do i prepare the affidavit for self declaration??

Dear taj

if you are an Indian, go to Indian Embassy or service center for embassy. You can get affidavit declared and Embassy will stamp on that.

I've confusion regarding PCC :

1. Should I apply for police clearance for me & my wife ? or is sufficient if I(principal applicant) alone get Police clearance.

2. I worked in Canada for 10 and half months from Jun 2012 to May 2013. Am I needed to provide Police clearance even from Canada (I'm afraid ???)

3. I live in India, do we need to provide police clearance only from the city where I'm living currently or is it fine to apply from anywhere in india?
Please note I stay in different state than my home-state due to work, so Is it valid if I get PCC from my home state.

For now, I'm planning to go ahead without PCC, but need this information. Kindly advise.

1. PCC required for both.
2. yes u will need coz its over 6 months.

I have two queries I am eligible under noc 2281 as its main duties matches my profile...but in question 12(a) it asks for the occupation ....so what should I write?? as my occupation is wireless network engineer n the title is not present in the COMPUER NETWORK TECHNICIANS... please suggest me....shall I write WIRELESS NETWORK ENGINEER or should I select a closely match title n write???

my second query is that all my job certificates are in English do I still need to take notary???

4) While showing my current residence in one of the form different from country of origin what is the status that i should select (there is no option to select the work permit option) Your status in that country like Employee, Resident holder, visitor, etc.,,
