Folks,
I have few questions:
1. Has CIC announced WES as one of the institutions for ECA for FSW starting from May 1st, 2014. Is there any link?
2. I was FSW 2013 applicant and my application got rejected due to cap limits. However, I have yet not recieved my application package sent by CIC. I do not have UCI Number. Can I attach photopcopy of the IELTS with my application

1. yes u will have to take employment letters from 3 companies.

2. So no confusion (no need spouse's points )

3. U can show all the POF fund by wife's name.... (that's what alws happen...hubby make all the cost for family..spouse make her earning for savings... ) no problem at all...

1. Do i have to notarise all the photocopy items? Like: passport, birth cert, job reference letter etc.
Or simple photocopy will do.
**all my papers are in english, so need to translate anything.

2. As per document checklist i have to send IELTS TRF original copy?

3. ECA report original copy or photocopy? I am asking because WES provided two copies of report page to me. I think one is to submit to CIC.

4. Is 5 months old PCC acceptable?

This is because some files are compatible with latest acrobat only. right click on the link and save the pdf and then open with acrobat from file system, it will open.

Im new here and i have few questions and appreciate the support

i'm preparing my application package for fswp 2014 and would like to confirm few points below:
1- im sending my degrees to be evaluated by WES, i already filled the online form and paid, requested my university to send my official transcripts directly to WES, but i should also send copies of the degrees from my side to WES,what else should be included in my courier other than a copy of my degree?
2- my degree is BBA , and my work experience spans between Banking and Advertising industries for at least one year in each; but my job titles differ from the titles in NOC, eventhough my job description fits into more than once occupation. how can i confirm that i am elligible to apply in a specific occupation?
3- the photocopies of all the documents must be notorized or it can be only a confirmation from the certified translation house that these are copies of the originals?

Simple photocopy will do except for translated documents.

Original copy (one) plus copies of degree certificate and all DMCs

4. Is 5 months old PCC acceptable?
No, it should be maximum 3 months old on the date received at CIC.

Ideally, you can apply without worries. Only later on when the medicals are requested you have to furnish this information.

However, you will have to add your child's name, details, photos to the application as a dependent once the birth takes place.

Any idea if CIC will refund the money if they go through the app and reject/ return it asking for more docs?

If they started to process u r not going to be refunded...otherwise like CAP issue--u will be refunded...

Yes offcourse...U have to take prev original IELTS/photocopy and an application...

Not at all... When local VO will start to send Medical req...I guess she will be fit and u can add ur child on later stage...
