can we take online bank statement and submit it? Or do we need to visit bank to get sign and seal? I cannot do that because i am in a different country now.. please help...

I am one of the admin, please don't rush to put your entries in the sheet. lets wait till the program officially opens, ashif will share the form and spreadsheet url after 1st may.

Make sure your bookmark the page after submitting data in the google form. The bookmark link will help you edit the form yourself instead manual intervention later by admins or moderator.

Thanks Can2174. I believe you were in FSW 2013 also. Once we grow here in forum we can assign more admin.
Also, If you guys allow to edit forms then please make sure that they can ONLY edit their information to avoid duplicates and mistakes.

Original with signed by bank is much recommended and I would say MUST.

You can submit as many bank statements as you wish provided that is under your name or your spouse's name.

No I didnt apply in fsw13, I was too late for it. Lately applied in NSNP RLMD and tracking that sheet also.

Yes, the url is private do not share on this forum. keep it safe with you and use it to edit the form data.

certified copy means noterized by notary public, check the guide lines

I would not recommend anyone to copy and paste same responsibilities from NOC site, write your responsibilities, make sure to add few keywords similar(but not exactly same) from responsibilities mentioned on NOC site. ask your manager to give approval and send to HR to print on letter head.
