Just wanna ask..

How could I pay the ECA (im going to pass it on WES)? it states that the payment is only available for credit cards and cheques.. Unfortunately I dont have any canadian credit cards nor canadian dollar bank account. I should pay about 203 Canadian Dollars for the assessment of my educational credentials.

many thanks!

Ur local credit card with international transaction accepted (dollar endorsed) cards also accepted...Please check with ur bank for international transaction...

Sorry to be posting the same question again in this thread, however, can someone please answer my question?

My situation - I worked as a temporary financial analyst for a bank here in Toronto from May 01.13 to May 31.13 for 40 hours per week. I have been working full time (meaning as a permanent employee) since June 06.13.
My concern - I have studied in Canada and I do not want to spend money and time gathering an ECA report. Hence I wanted to know if I will get 10 points under adaptability because I will have one year of work experience in the mid of May 2014. If not, I will have to get an ECA report and that means waiting longer, which I really do not want to do at this point.

Anyone, any advise?

Bro there is no relation between ECA and with ur points...

ECA is a mandatory thing which u have to prove by ur Canadian degree/WES report...

So u dont need to have ECA report...Just ur Canadian credentials are enough , send them with ur application...

Can u please check below NOC codes on the provided link...U may have following job matching below NOCs:

ashif,

My brother is a Medical Practitioner; I would like to confirm if WES could be obtained for him or not. My understanding the EAC for Doctors is a different process and has to go through Medical Council of Canada, is this correct?

Is it a must that he has to wait for his EAC report to submit along with his application?

I am not sure what chances are for him as cap might fill so quickly (25,000 might fill-up before the 1000 sub-cat would fill).

Your input is appreciated.

Guys, I have a question regarding the work experience. I have worked as a telcom software test engineer, my degree is information engineer(I took some computer science courses but communication courses are more). I want to apply under 2173 software engineer, but i saw the employment requirement of NOC description says degree of computer science or computer system engineering is usually required. my question is :
1.Am I entitled to apply 2173 with my degree?
2.If my other work experience is also under NOC A occupations, can I get full points for all of my work experiences?

Thanks Ashif!

1. Yes u are eligible since ur experiences match.
2. u r going to get full points ...wait for 26 th Apr 14 for confirmation... :)

My application along with all required documents is ready but my ielts score come out very low.The result dragged my total points to 63.
I am retakin test soon but can I apply right now to be counted as earlier applicant?I will send my ielts result later.I wants to be counted as an early applicant.
Is that recommended?

Thanks very much! Bro. So CIC only determine whether my experience match the description of the duties for 2173? cuz I saw they use 'is usually required' or 'may be required'
