Dear, u have to send sealed envelope ..its mandatory...Though it will take too time..no other option

WES have the better service compare to others.

u can collect sealed transcripts+cert from univ controller and can send it by urself ...No need the docs for sec and Higher Secondary ....

Thank ypu for your reply! So do you mean I have to send only university degree/transcripts to WES , no need for secondary certificates assesment?? Right?

my degree is of electrical engineer but I am working in a telecom operator as transmission planning engineer. My question is if I am eligible to apply in 2133 NOC code of electrical and electronics engineer

Hi,
I have query about IELTS requirement.
I have work ex of 7 yrs
Bachelor's deg in mech.

What will be IELST score required fer me and my wife.

Thanks in advance.

To apply you must score at 6 in each test (listening, reading, writing and speaking) in the same exam. Then, you will earn 16 points. However, if you get higher scores you may earn up to 24 points based on each score.
Check this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-language.asp
Regarding to your wife, she has to achieve at least 5 in each test (listening, writing and speaking) but for reading 5 is enough. In that case you will earn another 5 points. If she fails, you will not earn any more points

For Spouse Minimum Requirement is as below:

Minimum CLB 4 in order to get 5 points in FSW Application

IELTS SCORE FOR CLB 4: LISTENING = 4.5, READING = 3.5, WRITING = 4, SPEAKING = 4

What are my points out of 24?

l = 6.5

r= 6.5

w= 6.5

sp=6.5

overall=6.5

L4+R5+W5+S5 = All points are 19

Thanks Rawdah. Do you know if his fee was returned after he withdrew?

I think in such cases, CIC will take fees from both applicants

Yes, you are correct. Sorry for conflict between CLB4&5

That is a Saturday!

CIC would be working? I doubt it.
