There has been so much discussion on this, they do ask CVV for various reasons but trusted merchants in Canada including CIO can charge cards without CVV. CVV required only if you are making online payments.

November applicants for 2171 are completely out of race. However, I don't want to deny your fact about waiting for EE but we don't know about their guidelines. Instead I would recommend all the applicants to find alternate NOC and file their application before christmas. At least they would be safe for this year. I don't want to miss them this opportunity.

Your suggestion is good and has already been discussed on this thread this morning.... KSA shared a very good info regarding alternate noc... It depends whether the applicant can arrange a second Ielts report or not otherwise uncertainty will be there again for using photocopy of Ielts report

..i am dancing in joy
some points to be considered
1.I have exactly 67 points
2.I had submitted affidavit in place of birth certificate and nothing else with cover letter.
3.In economic form question no 12 i just wrote NOC code (i forget to write the designation and occupation)

Today I got my credit card charged with INR 63000, n m sooooooo happy, jst entered the office n m nt able to concentrait on ma work at all.

Application received date Sep 15 and NOC 1114. Can anyone suggest in wat time cn I expect the golden mail[PER].

I suppose CIC is really working fast.

I will update the SS in the evening, cannot acces the same from my office net.

NOC: 2171
App. Received: 5th Aug
CC Charged: 10 Nov
PER received: 27 Nov 21:02 PM.

I must say that I was extremely worried due to the multiple doubts on my application.
