I got file number day before yesterday, i check the status last night and today morning it was only one line in ECAS but now certainly they update two more line i.e we started processing on 25/11/14 and decision has been made and office will contact you concerning the decision. As i got the file number from my consultant on 26/11/14 morning...

As what I understand from your post
Your application received on 21st July.
Your consultant told you the file number on 26/11/2014
Before this you did not checked any ECAS status cause you dint have final number so it is fine when you checked it was showing only one line We received your application as your CC and DD was charged.
I am pretty sure you did not get PER, as your consultant only told you file number. it was NER and when we got NER it shows same We started processing for some days and then after some days it shows Decision made, Your visa office will contact you soon.

With latest cc charged of 15th Sep, and me being a 11th Sep 2132 applicant, i think its kind of sinking in that my app. is rejected. My app. was complete, nothing was missing.. Really feeling depressed and lost..

Keep patience. Sometimes CC charged showed later in balance and if its DD then it would take more time to be visible to you.

yes, the proof of funds should be either in your name or accompanying spouse or joint with each other
