Dear Senior Members,

My Passport did not have a surname so in the forms i submitted to Canada i included my full name as my surname.

Now i have to renew my passport. Can i submit my PP application form including my surname.

Will that effect my application ? or pose any problems for me in the future.

Appreciate your help.

I had the same problem, but i have decided not to update anything as some of the members earlier told me that it may cause delay in my application and further more not having a surname will not have any effect when you land in canada

Query regarding form IMM 0008

I have worked in four different companies.
I have total experience of 7+ years.
Do i need to fill the years of experience column as per experience in each company
Or total cumulative experience as per date mentioned for that company.

Please clarify.

Quick question: I submitted photocopies of only my current passport (first two and last two pages) as my "Travel Document" because that's what the document checklist seems to ask for. Should I have included old/expired passports too?

How should I send the addendum? Should I send it mentioning the applicant name & NOC only as I don't have any UCI number yet?

What type of affidavit? Didnt translator stamped as translated copy and notarized with his notary public details. I sent 4 apps without affidavit and received per for all and even mr for one application. But please make sure with some seniors.

Any View about immigrating to Australia OR Canada ..

Actually I was thinking of immigrating and am extremely confused as to whether immigrate to Australia or Canada and therefore I applied for both ..

Can you plz guide me ... The one real plus point for me moving to Australia is its weather (as i am an Asian and Australian weather suits me)

Looking forward to your response which may be helpful for others as well ...
