Could you please guide me as to how do I get FBI Clearance. Also if someone is from Chennai then please let me know a genuine fingerprinting center for getting the fingerprints!

Fingerprinting and Criminal Background Checks

The Consulate does not offer fingerprinting services. Private citizens requesting fingerprints can check with the State Crime Records Bureau, Tamilnadu Police:

You will need to bring your own fingerprinting form or card along with a government issued identity document. The form that is normally recognized is FBI form FD-258. A printable PDF version of this card is available here. Upon arrival at SCRB for fingerprinting service, you will be issued an invoice for payment of fees of Rs. 50 at State Bank of India, Thousand Light branch, Chennai. You should produce the receipt of payment for the fingerprinting to be done.

Agreed why they should have back log, if they are having for fswp13 than this will create problems for express entry also

as fswp14 will mount like everst

You must be mean by medical report receipt.

You need to send it Original, NO XEROX.

Your report will be sent by Panel Phycisian directly to LVO.

Guys for PPR , you need to wait.
Looks like they are stamping all the old applicants. way back to 2010 etc. look at the below thread

so statstics are : 1 got visa stamps, and 2 got PPR from NDVO :'( :'( :'(

There is nothing to doubt here. Of course they are fake
