When is the last date that CC or DD got charged for NOC 2173 ..
Is sept applicants are still in the game for 2173..
Any updates regarding 2173 will be helpfull..

The last known charged is 13 August ... Sorry to say that chances are very less. Try to apply in other NOC or prepare yourself for Express Entry program.

PER received - 26th november

It took 4 month for you to get just PER hope speedy MR for you...

Four month for PER is the normal period for applicants after 7th May.

Next will happen your blood pressure will come normal though no significant impact on your application ;D

I just realized one thing. It seems that, from the spreadsheet, Decision Made always appeared appear passport request. However, I never received any request for my passport. The fact that medical record received appeared the same time as decision made. Is this likely a bad news? What does everyone think?

My two cents. When the "Decision Made" status appears after MR received along with the third line in ECAS, it is considered as positive and it might just mean that your PPR is on the way. Please stay positive. Good luck.

Are there people here whose application was approved without interview using
a newly opened account?
