You will not be able to access CAS before data entry which takes place after cost recovery. I was able to log in with my UCI few hours before getting AOR (PER). In case it was rejected during completeness check, no GCMS data is uploaded.

Avg time from MR to Passport Request is around 41 days for CPC Ottawa as per the Avg Process Time Tab under SS

Wait is over :'( . got following response from CIC:
"Your application was received after the maximum of 1,000 complete FSW application per NOC reached!!!!".

I am September 4th applicant of NOC 2174. I am unable to update the sheet, can someone help/update? my id would be same (itsrikanthu).

My DD was encashed on 13 Nov 2014.
