got file back uci have even sent back and reachd file at cio uci number was written in application which was rejected do i have to write that uci number in new app please please please reply urgent the reason of rejection was 12 a and 12 b i wrote different noc have rectified and sent it back..

Some one[Forum Name susuccess as mentioned in spreadsheet] updated that his applicant returned to him on 25/11 due to cap reached.I would like to know when his application was returned by CIC so that we can judge the time estimates to get the file returned.Or is there any way we can get it early as i know there is no way to track it.

Hi i m 1st Aug applicant..CC charged on 13th Aug
But still waiting for PER mail....hopefullt will get PER mail in this week only.

Aug 5th App received date, NOC 2171, CC charged on November 11th, still waiting on PER!
please respond if you are in the similar situation! Hope our turns will come in the next 2-3 days of the week.

Tell me if a person is working in a Multinational Company so does this means that chances of Job verification from employer is very less as compared to others. And also does it means less time for MR request.
My case is like I have worked for one company only and its a multinational company having operations in over 30 countries.And I have no dependents a single primary applicant i.e.myself . So do i stand a gud chance of getting MR quick?? wid possibly no job verification ;D

I can see lot of complaining, lot of worries about delay in processing, delay in Charging, Delay in PER and so on, Lot of friends on the forum are worried about the timeline and number of other things.
I would just like to share my personal story
I applied under Federal Investor category on 30th Dec 2009 but my application was returned back stating that the fee enclosed was wrong (in fact it was correct).
I sent my application again and it was recd by Delhi office on 18th January 2010, I recd letter of confirmation on 27th Jan 2010 saying that I need to wait for 12 Months. I did not listen a thing from them till 2014 jan that is 36 months, I raised number of queries, I even tried to know the details through MP of Surrey , who was kind enough to represent my case. Meanwhile my ECAS was updated with second line and I could see it till Apr 2014 ( 52 months since application was sent)


Then suddenly the ECAS went blank “ We are not able to locate you “, You can very well understand the mental agony through which I went, I was frantic, I called delhi, I called CIC but no help not a clue, Finally on on 12th August 2014 I recd mail from CIC stating that “ They have terminated the IIP and EP pursuant to economic action plan 2014 Act, No-1”.
I was fortunate enough that I could apply for FSW on 22nd July 2014, Otherwise god knows what could have been my state of mind ???
I just want to tell/ convey that please do not worry/ do not raise your anxiety levels/ Just gear up/ Pick yourself up and pursue your dreams.

No one can make u sure whether cic will do any verification or if it does then to what extent. Bt it should help u or anyone else having exp of an MNC for a long time.

Hello gauransh83 or any other applicant,

There is no prescribed timeline for returning apps. I have posted this several times earlier, mentioning it once more, Guys waiting their application back to them, you should immediately contact ur area's postman if ur application is returned by the CIC. It is quite possible that post office have received ur app bt nt delivered. This is the best way to get it back. I got my app back in 10 days frm CIC dispatched date, It helped me also, may be helpful for u also.
