My application received 15july and my cc charged 1 nov but till now I have not received my PER
Any ideas I have almost lost all hopes
Anyone in the same situation

Finally By Grace of God got the golden email from CIC. Yaaay its a PER 8). My Details are as follows

NOC: 4011
Application Recieved: 31 July 2014
CC Charged: 11 Nov 2014
PER: 25 Nov 2014

Would soon update the SS, just give me a day as the link is saved in my office PC (Sorry guys)

Lot of 4011 people are having trouble on reference letter, kindly inbox me, would try to help you as much as possible. (Actually was waiting for PER to give proper response)

Out of curiosity I've sent out an email to CIC to enquire about my application status on 4th October. Here is the response I've got yesterday after 50 days.

God was great and soon after that everything fell in place. Currently I am waiting for my MR from NDVO..

Your file was reviewed by our office and a letter was sent to you via email on 21 Oct 2104. Your file has been transferred to the visa office in New Delhi. You will be contacted further in due course.

Hello Gopal,

It largely depends on your country of residence and personal economic situation. Canada is the weakest G7 state and it has a LOT of problems. But it is FAR better than my country of origin, and it's immigration system is relatively open. So, that's why I decided to relocate here. I don't know what's your situation like and consequently if the immigration will bring positive or rather negative changes to your life. I know that it works out both ways for different applicants and many of them waste all their POF money and then return home. Some succeed. This FSW process seems so huge until you realize that it is just a stamp in your passport based on CIC opinion that you are likely to become economically established in Canada. And once you are out of the airport this whole 'Canada equality and fairness' BS disappears when you try to rent an apartment with no landlord references or try to get an MRI appointment. I came here on TRV before deciding to pursue my Master's here and I generally knew what to expect. But many people take this decision based on Wikipedia article and their immagination...

When you say weakest G7 state, what is your take? It's the smaller population for sure, and the smallest economy, but one of the highest GDP per person which should account for a high standard of living.

I've lived in France and could go back there - but in Paris you have to leave in a small apartment or a small house very far from downtown. Salaries are in general much lower then in other G7 countries. And in spite of every rumor everybody I know works a lot there - much more then 40h per week.
Renting an apartment without landlord references? Almost impossible.
Health quality? I have a collection of horror stories from there. Brazil has much better private health care then France and I can schedule an MRI for tomorrow morning if I want.

UK / London would pretty much be the same thing.
I would never live in Italy either, people are very rude over there.
Germany would be nice.
But by any standards Canada is a very nice place to live - the major downside is the weather.

Have you ever tried to schedule an MRI in Canada? How was your experience?
