If CIC returns someone's file due to cap reach...do CIC give UCI number to that application ? or simply returns that file ?

It depends....last year some got, some didn't....in case an application is received for a noc after cap is reached, CIC doesnt open the envelop it returns directly without giving UCI....

Let me share my story. I applied 2011 under NOC 3012, unfortunately the cap reached its limit and my documents were returned. When my occupation reopened this year I took a chance to send my papers gain. With God's grace I was able to send my complete documents immediately as I have not planned applying at all

Please do not write exactly same. It should be somewhat different. According to me at 60% you stand 80% chances of selection. best luck.

I guess you understand that every NOC collects many occupations. Hence there is no way to get 100% job responsibilities. I mentioned 2 of 9 in my letter. Recently, I have been charged, now I am waiting hopefully for PER.

Hi everyone,

I am submitting two declaration letters for proving the PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP in ( Adaptibility factor), as the birth certificate of my Canadian Uncle is not available.

1) One declaration is given by my Canadian uncle , stating that I m his biological nephew and my father is his biological brother.

2) Second declaration is given by my father, stating that I am his biological son and my Canadian uncle is his biological brother.

Both the letters are attested by the foreign ministry , notarized as well and done on the stamp paper.

Now my question is that , Do I also need to a third write a declaration letter stating that I'm a biological nephew of my Canadian uncle and biological son of my father ? or Shall I write a cover letter and explain the whole situation that these were the factors that led me to arrange the declaration letters ?
