My experience with them was good. advice that i had from friend was to pay additional fee for UPS shipment.
i received report within 3 days + 20 days for evaluation

Did they take so long to update information to "documents received" after documents were delivered? How long?

Friends....lil confused here......

I understand now that I need to send the docs to the VO for change in the Family Composition. But, need to understand :

1. CSE needs to be raised here but I am confused as to what all documents needs to be uploaded online....?

2. Should I send all the additional docs in hard copy to VO now or wait for the VO to answer and ask for the docs on my CSE......?

Plz help Guys.....plz......urgent help required......
