They have been doing this since they steered away from regular process to cap out the hot NOCs. I believe this is not an error by CIC. It could mean something. :)

Yesterday i received call from hospital to come for Cardio Opinion.
10 days back completed the medical test .Only BP was on the higher side .Though completed the Serum Ceratinine and ECG.(both came normal)
VO office has directed hospital to take Cardio Opinion.

Can pl some one suggest what will happen further ?
I should expect Further test or only opinion from the specialist?

Very nice insight bosschips! +1

It could very well mean something. Those 618 apps missing may as well come from the capped NOCs that aren't yet totally charged / accounted for!

Dear charisma,

This is a generic Email Which NDVO sends to all applicants.

Dont worry about wording.

Just collect the PCC for each country you have been in the past and send original to NDVO.

all the best.
This is not the generic mail, this info is in the pdf attached with MR. It has specifically my name, UCI & application no. In the past also i sent original ....

I wouldn't be so sure. I know a guy who got AOR (PER) and his NOC says 'zero'. CIC are not robots, so mistakes DO happen.

Thanks! :)

I believe even completeness check dates were adjusted because of this diversion to hot NOCs.

I would like to believe so but if I'm not mistaken, they have done it 3 times already and for some reason, it happens when they are capping out a hot NOC. :'(
