Maybe someone of you can explain and predict my filling in the cap NOC 2132. My application package received CIO on the 6 of November. I am very concerned about my NOC, because it is currently the hottest one. But from the last update, it increased only of 60 people.
What you can predict?

Dear experts,

Just confused, can anyone explain me this, last cc charge for noc 2171 was on 11 Nov for 28th Aug applicant at that time cap status was 559, as per ss there is no charge since then, how come cap reach 1000, does it mean cap reached based on complete check, if that is the case till which date apps are in, I am 17th sept applicant will I will be in cap???[font=Verda[/font]

Dear Friends

Kindly guide me. I am preparing my application for FSWP2014 and likely to send it by 20th December. But the problem is that my passport is going to expire by the end of March 2015. Based on this, kindly guide me shall I renew my passport first and then send the application or first send the application asap and then update my new passport as addendum? Considering that if my file reaches near 25th Dec, I will have 90 to 95 days max for my passport validity.
If I am in cap and my application is not checked before March15(i.e. expiry of my passport), will they still issue me PER on expired passport if all goes well with my application and I clear cap for my noc? Or my passport expiry will attract NER if my file is processed after March? Is passport validity a mandatory requirement for PER?
I am very much confused. If I wait for passport it will be near 20th Dec but otherwise I can save almost 10 days in sending my file if I dont wait for passport!
Please guide me seniors and experts, what to do.

Kindly i am in a confusing situation i applied for master in Germany and i got university acceptance and i got per also so should i cancel my master and wait for immigration or go forward! !!! especialy as i heared that to work in canada they required for canadian experience or study.
does master degree from Germany will be useful or go to canada and have courses there???

Please advise

Don't dismiss none of them for now. Wait a little longer if possible to cancel your course in Germany.
Then if you go forward in the immigration process, I think you can skip the mastering degree and try that later living on Canada.

Hi,

Today I got my spouse and my medical tests done from Fortis, Bangalore. It was a fairly straightforward process. You are required to take an appointment and on the day of your appointment you have to bring with you the following:

- Medical forms (self, spouse and dependents - IMM1017)
- Original Passport and 2 photocopy - Self, Spouse and dependents
- 4 Photo for Self, Spouse and Dependents

You will be asked to fill out a declaration and medical history and then asked to get blood test, urinalysis and chest x-ray done. In the end, you will consult the panel doctor who will fill out the other details (such as weight, height, eyesight, BP and any other comments). The whole process took around 2 hours for us.

Note: Please drink plenty of water on the day of your medical test and be as relaxed as possible (my BP was slightly higher than normal but the doctor understood it was because of my anxiety )

I have couriered my RPRF DD, Medical receipts (for confirmation of medical done), PCC and Passport bio pages just a few minutes ago. Fingers crossed for next stage

I've received Medical & RPRF requests last week - as well as some additional documents due to some changes I had.

I need your advise on some points CPC Ottawa raised in their email:

· Copy of Biographical page of new passport for yourself (The biographical page means the page where it has your name, photo, passport/travel document no., issue date and expiration date). The passport must be valid for at least 6 months.

· Police certificate: If your intention is to reside in South Africa until the finalisation of your application, please provide us with an original Police Clearance Certificate from South Africa for yourself and your spouse (if she resides also in South Africa).

· Complete address of residency in South Africa.

With the exception of Police Certificates, please submit certified true copies of supporting documents as electronic attachments, in reply to this email.

Question 1 - New Passport copy - how to get "True Certified Copy" ??
Question 2 - Complete address of residency - so I will just submit a cover letter with my new address or what??

In my limited knowledge at this stage the person do not get the file back, only NER is sent.

Would request seniors to add.

Yes right, after completeness check if there is a rejection, only NER email is sent while application is not sent back.
Application is sent back by snail mail only if it fails completeness check.
