As express entry start from Jan I am worried that file not reach there before 31st Dec.

Better to submit before Dec end.
But one clarification. FSW14 will continue upto 30th April 2015 as per ministerial instruction unless another ministerial instruction cuts it short.

I am confident you will get a refund. However for a bank draft I have no clue. You can contact the VO when you get their official letter.

OK. I guess I have to be patience and wait for their letter.

Does anyone know if this rejection would cause me trouble when entering Canada as a tourist in the future?

Finally got our passports back with PR Visa ;D

i don't know may be ur friend is playing prank with you or what. i m from pak and my salary is 60000 pkr, that is exactly the same amount mentioned on my job reference letter and Alhamdulillah i m awaiting MR.

it wont matter to cio or cic if its in round figures or in oval or square or rectangular figures......even they accept cone, cylinders and circles.....though hexagon might cause a problem as it rhymes with pentagon!

Good way to extract info, but I'm not going to reveal my salary !!

If your Indian PCC was issued after you submitted your application, it is valid. However if your application does not get processed within a year from the date of issue of the PCC (usually it will) then they would ask you for a new PCC.

Guys most of you know me from the SS as I might the only case whose Ecas got updated and then disappeared and got my file back. I then submitted second app with necessary changes dated 25th July to CIC and finally today I received my PER. I am so happy I can not describe it. 5 years in waiting and finally it happened. Please wish me luck for the rest of the journey. I pray each and every one of you succeed towards getting PR. my details are on left side under my forum name.

my second line got updated on 13th nov,i says that " we stARTED processing on 11th nov". till now i have not received MR. I thought that 2nd line is updated after background check. I am so confused and stressed. can any one kindly clarify. should i be worried? :-[

Hello Friends

I need a UK Police Clearance certificate.

CIC website says www.acpo.police.uk

I have downloaded the form and I am confused on which option to chose.

First it gives a choice between Premium & Standard.
Preimum: 80 GBP and 2 working days
Standard: 40 GBP and 10 working days.

Obviously I will go for Premium

However, it also gives additional options:

Secure international deliver -9 GBP
Courier International Delivery - 48GBP

I am not sure if I should chose Courier Internation Delivery. What benefit will it give? any thoughts?

I want it to be delivered to India.

Brother I also got certificate from UK through standard service within 10 days
their service is quite good but if you are in hurry go for premium, but always use courier international delivery for safe delivery of certificate. It is record able delivery.
make sure to fill form correctly also their postal address . it was not updated when i applied last year . later i contact through email.

Med Receipt, RPRF & PCC delivered to NDVO - 10th Nov (Monday)
Docs for New born delivered to NDVO - 10th Nov (Monday)
3rd Line updated in ECAS - 11th Nov (Tuesday)
Juniors Medical request received - 20th Nov (Thursday)
